Ridiculous

I think Arlo makes good cameras but I purchased these and took them back because they do not allow you to use a micro SD card for storage. You have to purchase their subscription. Ridiculous.

Arlo Cameras

I bought these 4 pack cameras on Dec 6, 2024. Though I like the video quality, be aware that the camera mounts are fixed and not adjustable. The picture for the product shows the camera with a downward angle but the camera mount only allows a straight looking mount with no option to tilt at any direction. The picture is misleading and I will have to purchase 4 mounts from Arlo to mount the cameras where I can adjust the view some. Those are an extra $20 a piece.

Terrible battery life

I purchased this set in Dec 2024. I have used Arlo for years and the original cameras are just now starting to not connect to base. The new Essential camera does not keep a charge for much more than 2 days. I put the solar panel on one and it gets direct sunlight but is not keeping the camera charged. I would not recommend these cameras.
