Nice quality video

These are the first security cameras we’ve ever had and so far we’re happy with them. Needed a little help from our more tech savvy son to help get them synced with both of our phones. They do have a bit of delay in recording the video, so we don’t see the person or vehicle as it is arriving, but after it is already at the house. The audio works well, so we can speak to someone through the speaker. A light comes on for recording when it senses something after dark. I think over all it was a very good choice to purchase, especially since we got it when it was half price.

If you have the older generation of cameras and app you will ha e yo upgrade and now pay for cloud service. True rip off. Not necessarily Sams Club issue, just Arlo service gone down hill.

HD quality cannot actually read license plates!

We were excited about the purchase as it seems Arlo cameras are highly rated BUT we were actually met with MUCH disappointment with the LIMITED capabilities of the camera--specifically the inability to rotate the camera, the subscription required for storage of playback time. These two items are so crucial for our needs in a security camera system and Arlo just completely falls short. I would say the only plus on these cameras are the HD picture quality but even so at night sometimes the flashlight fogs up the picture that the "color night vision" actually becomes useless as you would be able to see better off in 'true night/colorless vision.' I'm surprise with our disappointment and we will definitely be returning this system and look for a new system with functionality that better aligns with our needs which is more control, storage, and power.

they do not capture everything, the system only keeps 90 days of recordings even if you save them they will be deleted by the app. the cameras stop working constanly and if you let the battery run out good luck getting them to connect again. i have had arlo for a year now and i honestly regret buying this product. spent over 500 dollars on these crummy cameras and the customer seevice for the security system is even worse.

TERRIBLE service.

I purchased 3 sets of security products for different locations. My comment is directly related to service when problems occur. Arlo service is absolutely TERRIBLE! I make calls, do on-line submissions, receive case numbers and get “0” support or follow-up. They also jacked prices up after 1st year. Look else where for your security needs.

Useless without a paid subscription.

I bought these to replace/add to my older arlo cameras. My existing arlo cameras allowed me to locally record and view on an app. These cameras forced me into a completely newer/horrible app that now only allows viewing and recording with a high priced subscription. Completely useless cameras now. Live view only now. If I would have known I would have bought a different camera system. These are a useless ripoff that utilizes a horrible app. Stay away from arlo they arent the same arlo from years past. I wish zero stars was an option.
