The only challenge I have is that the remote control controlling other samsung tvs in the house. I currently have 4 samsung tvs and turning on or off sometimes affect the other tvs not in use or being used in another room in the house. I wish each remote is customized to each product. All in all I love my samsung products from tv,to soundbar,hoover , home theater and refrigerator. I am samsungnified.

The sound produced from the t.v. is also above and beyond what I expected watching movies you can still hear clear voice without losing the sound of the action sound in background or babbled noise downing voice. It is AWFUL -- If I had realized it was "AI" operated, I never would have bought it. Video is impressive -- Audio is OK, - But a real pain to live with esp its reading the screen information. I have the User manual -- But I need a training course on how to set it up for my enjoyment. The user Control is a piece of crap !!

The features that come with it and the things it offers and can do. We love it. Its almost exactly like having a huge cell phone all except being able to make phone calls. We will definitely be purchasing another (but a newer model) when the time comes.

Purchased my tv for Xmas. Love the big screen. Love the clearness of the pictures. Love everything about my tv except the blue lines. That seem to be oozing down from the top of the screen. I think these lines will cover the entire screen eventually.

Mine recently started to get slow when I turn it on. It take longer to connect to the internet so my streaming apps can go online.

The quality of the picture did not fail me, nor the sound is outstanding. The New Flat QD operates so quickly and makes most viewing appear to be three-dimensional. My neighbors came to view a show with me - and have now gone to purchase their own. Due to Hurricane Ion, that wall became weak and that Samsung crashed to the floor. Funds weren't available at the time to purchase another, so I had to settle for a less expensive TV. (Sad choice) This time, I had a better budget from repairs to replace the 'sad choice' with this Samsung 75" QLED. Very happy in deed to have done so. Big time!!! Watching sports game - was like sitting on the side lines (not quite) but the clarity was perfect. I love how fast it comes on & goes off. Thank You Samsung.
