SAMSUNG 65” Class Q80D Series QLED Smart TV

I’ve had this TV now for a few months and I’m very happy with the picture quality and the features that it includes and all at a great price

It is easy to operate

I love this TV, beautiful picture. It allows me to watch multiple channels with a much larger viewing area for each channel.

85" cinema TV

The motherboard failed shortly after one year of use, just as the warranty period ended. For a premium television, this kind of critical hardware failure is unacceptable and extremely disappointing.

A product at this price point is expected to last far longer without major issues. The repair cost is high, and post-warranty support offers little assistance, leaving the customer to bear the full expense.

Based on this experience, I would not recommend Samsung QLED TVs and advise potential buyers to consider alternatives with stronger reliability and after-sales support.

Worst motherboard

This was my second purchase of this particular TV and I picked it up at the store. The first time I purchased the same was online and had it shipped within two days.  After unpacking, I discovered the TV’s screen had been broken and had to repack it and have FedEx come pick it up which they did the next day and I’ve already received my refund from Sam’s.  I’m very happy with the TV I chose to pick it up.  It has a lot of nice features and a great picture.  It was also for a very good price!
