Although the amount is large, but it can be used for a long time. Just grind it with little olive oil and spread flat in a freezer ziploc make square cuts using a ruler or knife and freeze. Break a piece when ever you need it. It will stay good and taste good for months.

Well, this time around, the garlic was of poor quality and I don't know how to explain it, other than it was dry and lacking in the allicin kick, I usually get when I crush it and eat it with honey in the mornings, for the health benefit... I contacted "the garlic company" which is the name of the company and I was basically told, TOO BAD SO SAD, it's not our problem!!! I told them it has to be with the way it was stored or something because the garlic looked good on the outside but for some reason that was the only good part about it... I froze the garlic, so it will keep till I can return it, so I can get my TOO BAD SO SAD money back!!!

It would have been great to have so many bulbs of garlic peeled. I blend and freeze but i had to remove the bad ones. Some I kept whole in an airtight container. Days later they were molded. Ill stick with the international market. Never had this much of a problem.

Most of this bag was moldy and it got worst by the day. Wouldn’t recommend.

Ita convient and good but the garlic got moldy in about two weeks. Way before the best by date. It was very diasapointinting.

These never lasy long enough. Sometimes they're already past their prime. However, I buy them to save prep time. Just wish they sold a bag half the size, or they lasted longer.

I purchased this for pick up on 1/31/25 and was very disappointed in the quality. Over half of the garlic had bad mushy spots. Date on package said 2/10/25. I will not be purchasing this product again. Waste of money.
