So much easier than peeling garlic cloves. Can be frozen for later use and is just as good as when purchased.

I buy and run through food processor and then freeze for later. Would prefer organic but this is good

You gotta use them all in couple days after opening the package. They go bad real easy and do not have a strong garlic flavor.

Doesn't last nearly as long as the best by date, turns to mold two or three weeks before. Also really does not have a real strong garlic taste-flavor

Freezing garlic - read that I could do this and it works great. Just take out what you need a few minutes early - also grates easier.

Surprisingly good. I do a confit and it is perfect every time. Good strong flavor. Whole garlic still has its place in my kitchen but this is so convenient. Stays fresh a long period of time.

Convenient and tasty. It keeps well, refrigerated and is so convenient to just reach in the refrigerator and get what I need instead of taking the time to clean the garlic cloves.

This is a great product. It’s so easy to use because it’s already peeled. It also freezes well. Not a lot of places sell this size bag anymore. I’m happy that Sam’s Club sells it.

defiantly not something i would get again. Its nice that it is peeled but not worth it being sealed up. it made the entire fridge smell odd and did not tase like the normal garlic

Such a great deal for the amount and the fact it's already peeled! We use the food processor to mince it all up then freeze on a cookie sheet or ice cube trays. It makes the perfect amount for dinners.
