Although time consuming, yet thorough, the instructions were easy to follow. Kids love it and seems to be made of quality materials which is exactly what we were looking for.

We really like this set, and so do our kids! Be prepared though, it took FOREVER to put together. Almost a month of working on it after bedtime/ during nap time.

Directions were easy to follow and swingset is very well built. I especially like the bolts and nuts that are flat on both sides so kids wont hurt themselves on the extra length sticking through the nuts.

Thank you very much for taking care of my rusted parts so quickly. Hope the Grandchildren will get many more years out of this swing set. They do enjoy it. Thanks Again

Great play set. However the set up is VERY long, the instructions need to be a bit more intuitive as we originally had the deck piece in the wrong position, did not find out until we were attaching the slide.

Great product and quality. It was a little tricky getting it started, however once the tower was put together correctly everything else went pretty quick.

We bought the adventure tower set in blue and parts of it came with green instead, Heidi was my sales rep and she immediately sent out the correct parts. A+ for customer service!!

A Swing set was ordered from the Store and when we started to put it together discovered that a entire section was missing called Lifetime and they immediately started to get it RIGHT great Company to deal with

I bought my grandkids a play set and some of the hardware was missing. I called to ask for the missing bag of hardware and was told it wod be sent immediately! Great service.

Great playset! Be prepared to spend a few days putting it together, and follow directions Exactly! Or else you'll waste time redoing sections later. My kids love it, though, and I couldn't be happier with the end result!
