Great playset and good quality, the kids love it. It took awhile to get and although the parts were all there, some of them were marked incorrectly causing a few more headaches then were necessary. We did get it together in about 8 hours with 2 people. Definitely worth the wait. Also looks great!

Purchased this in May 2018. I have 6 grand kids and so far no major problems. The steering wheel bolt broke. Replacement bolts and nuts were ordered and on the way. I could not find the bolts or nuts at any hardware stores. Lifetime replaced the bolts and nuts free of charge. Nice!

This thing is a beast to put together. Make sure you have a ton of time to put this together if you are going to do it yourself. If you have the money to have it put together by professionals I would recommend going that route and saving the stress that is caused by this for something more important. Instructions are clear and the playset is awesome. My 6yr old loves it and uses it everyday its not raining.

In addition it has lasted quite a while the only thing I had to replace was the swing attachments, which is item Sarah helped me locate. The service was awesome and timely.

I had a great experience with the Lifetime team that I worked with on this. They were so helpful and the set up was very professional and fast. I absolutely love our new adventure tower. It’s been a game changer for a family gatherings as we have grandchildren that are loving it and I as a young at HART grandmother I’m out there playing with them.

This swing set seems very sturdy and resistant to the elements. I found the assembly instructions to be very clear, simple and easy to understand. The only thing I feel it might need is better anchoring tie downs but I’ve found my own system that works well. I love that it’s made in the USA!

This playset is wonderful! My girls absolutely love it. It took about 10 hours for my dad & husband to put it together. Instructions were easy to follow. Excellent quality & worth every penny. I feel like this thing will definitely be around for our grandchildren.

We bought this set used from a friend, who had ordered this online. Everything was in amazing condition after two years' worth, except two bolts were missing in the move. We requested replacement bolts and had them shipped within days. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! We are so pleased!

We finished assembling the tower on 10/25, and less than 8 weeks later, we see many small areas of rust. We thought it would be at least a year before we would see this much deterioration, so we are very disappointed, especially at this price point. We live in south eastMI, where it is not especially humid, so this seems like a quality issue. We reached out to customer care, but even with replacement parts, we’d have to take apart and reassemble ourselves with the same issue resurfacing two months later - not worth our time and efforts. Very disappointed in the quality.

I wasn't sure what to expect when ordering a metal play set but it was relatively straightforward to assemble. There were two steps where I needed a second person. One was getting the roof on top. The other involved two screws in the very center of the tower over and under the floor. My arms just aren't that long and I didn't feel like going inside for tape. The play set is rock solid. There were slight issues with leveling that were easily solved by sliding the slightly higher foot back and forth. Sometimes you had to dig a tiny bit under it so the dirt loosened by sliding had somewhere to go. I will say the plastic flooring for the tower was a bit confusing. No matter what I did, it would not sit the way it was supposed to. However, it was near a good stopping point for the day so I just left it until the next day and the problem solved itself. Sitting flat in the sun allowed the two plastic floors to interlock the way they were supposed to easily. I guess they were slightly warped from travel and needed to flatten out. The top of the slide had a bit of a similar problem with being curved while I was trying to screw it in. A day in the sun fixed that too. Also, the kids LOVE this thing. We put a sand box under the tower. They are always out climbing all over this thing. So are their friends. P.S. Don't put the steering wheel on until last. Getting the swing set bar on around that thing is a PITA.
