[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initially I wasn’t a fan because it starts off with a sticky feeling which is a big pet peeve of mine - but - once you begin to rub it in and let it dry down, it leaves the most buttery soft touch ! almost like velvet !! I love this lotion - it has an amazing smell and the pump on the bottle has a lock feature for traveling or everyday storage so no messes are made !! We have been using for a few days now and we love it so much !!!

I also like it a lot because it has vitamin B5 and Aloe Vera that makes your skin hydrated and not dry out or irritated. It is the perfect lotion to moisturize your skin and something else I love is its soft and fragrant aroma that the cream leaves after applying it. You can find it in several presentations but I really liked this presentation because it is the easiest way to open and close the lotion bottle.

The baby's skin ends up super soft; I mean, you can really tell it hydrates well. The texture is really nice, not sticky at all, and absorbs right away. I love that the ingredients include Aloe and Vitamin B5 because you can feel the difference in performance. The sensation is fresh skin, and the durability surprised me it keeps you soft for a good while.

Bought this and was surprised after using it that they changed the formula. I thought it was just new packaging. The new formula smells AWEFUL! I use this on my children and myself and will be returning it. My skin is actually irritated and feels as though it’s burning even after washing it off. The smell also did not come off after several washes. It’s overly fragrant and pungent . Very disappointed and will be discontinuing purchasing J & J products after decades of use.

i agree with the other one star reviews. i have been using this product since my 20's and i am now 68. I picked up the new product by mistake and immediately was put off by the new smell and texture. Very disappointed after all these years. i also find as i age that smells and scents bother me more, so having my very basic lotion change has been very disappointing. just give everyone a choice. you make multiple products so just add another, don't take away a staple.

The new formula is absolutely horrible. It has too many scents and it is not as thick as the old one. I’ve been using the old one as long as I can remember 40+ years…. And now I cannot find it anywhere !!! why fix something that was not broken.!!!! 😡

Dear J&J, I sincerely hope you are not only reading these reviews, but LISTENING to your LIFE-LONG customers. This new formula stings my skin, leaves a sticky film, and has a strong perfume scent. Your products have been safe, gentle, and trusted for GENERATIONS and that’s why families love it. Unfortunately, after nearly 50 years of being a faithful customer I will have to find a new product.

Just bought the new and improved formula and my son broke out in a rash. The smell is bad and the texture isn't the same. I went and found a bottle of the old formula and threw away the new and improved bottle. I would not recommend this at all. And for people with sensitive please stay away from this new formula.
