I have used the Johnson's Baby Lotion for 50+ years. I use it as my main moisturizer, and I used it on all of my children for years. The new fragrance is horrible. I hate the smell so much I can't stand it. Please go back to the original fragrance because the new stinks so much. Guess I will use Aveeno now. :(

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Soft lotion, but not a fan of the fragrance! It is definitely a gentle fragrance, so if you're into smells, I think it'd be great. Smells floral-y and maybe a hint of baby powder smell. Smells like baby! Just not for me personally.

It leaves the skin feeling super soft and it smells just like a baby. It last all day long and the lotion itself is super light weight.

OH MY…I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been using J&J Baby Lotion for 49 years. I watched my Mother put this lotion on my baby nephew and fell in love with it as a child myself. I started using it daily for years, yes 49 years everyday! I loved the smell and how soft it made my skin feel. I have also been using the original lotion on my face for all these years with no problems whatsoever. I just bought the “new formula” with great hesitation, and am so disappointed. I have used it on my face 4 times and am having a terrible reaction, my face is very red and has a burning sensation. Unfortunately I will no longer be able to use this beloved product that I have praised for decades. The smell is terribly strong, no longer has the smell of a sweet little baby. The actual feel is very sticky and tacky, definitely not what I’m accustomed to. Please read your loyal customers reviews and bring back the original or at least offer us a choice of the original or “new formula”. I normally don’t leave reviews but after reading all the negative comments I feel it’s important to let you know. The responses from your Consumer Care Center seem to be all the same, I’m hoping you are really passing this along to the appropriate team. I’m sad to say I will no longer be purchasing J&J again after 49 years of loyalty.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Johnson’s line is one of my favorites, it gives a spectacular aroma with a small Dose is enough to leave my baby’s skin soft and hydrated, I use it daily after bathing and it has never caused irritation, in addition The packaging is practical, easy and safe to use

I have two sons, one with normal skin and one with very sensitive skin and this is not for babies with sensitive skin at all! My son with normal skin this is great for him because it makes him smell so amazing and runs smoothly all over his skin. A little goes a long way! His skin is always baby soft!

I have been using this all my life. I am 46. I am allergic to everything else. I bought a new bottle last week and this new formula is awful. The smell immediately stopped up my nose and gave me a headache and I still have bumps on my face. Please bring back the old formula with the original smell.

It is very absorbent and very moisturizing. The bottle is nice and easy to squeeze out however much you need. Will be repurchasing over and over!
