I bought the new product in November because my previous bottle (old recipe) was running low. I hate it. Its smell is different but the feel is incredibly off. It leaves my skin feeling rough, and sticky, rather than smooth, and hydrated like the old recipe. I have tried multiple times to get used to this new product but my skin isn't taking well to it. I can't find the old product anymore; therefore I will no longer be buying from this company.

I'm devastated that the original scent has been replaced by this overly floral new formula. I grew up using Johnson's baby lotion and have loved using it on my own babies until now. The new bottle I purchased smells completely different and leaves an overpowering scent on my newborn after I put it on her. Please bring back the old lotion! There's nothing else like it.

I bought a few bottles of the lotion thinking I was getting the last of the old formula, but to my disappointing surprise, it was the new formula. I absolutely abhor the new formula. It smells nothing like a baby should smell. It is unpleasant and has a chemical smell to it. There was nothing wrong with the original baby scent. Why change a good thing? Now, I have to search for a better alternative. #BRINGBACKTHEOLDSCENT!

The change in the scent of the original lotion has made me furious. The original scent is something that has been a part of my life for 40 years. My granny used to lather me in this lotion as a child and I have continued to use it my entire life. It is like the scent of my entire childhood. My grandmother is no longer with us and the scent of the lotion just reminds me of her. This particular change reminds me of the rebranding that Cracker Barrel attempted, and it completely blew up. Because some things you just can't change and the original scent of Johnson's Baby Lotion is one of those things. If you wanted to create a lotion with an entirely different scent, why not introduce it like the other scents that are available in the line and give it a different name? Change it back and leave it alone!!

I've been using Johnson's baby lotion for all of my kids since they were 1 week old. I love how soft and smooth it leaves their skin. It keeps the moisturized without feeling greasy, and the scent is light and gentle. It's definitely a product I keep coming back to for my babies!

This new formula is HORRIBLE, smells awful, runny and feels slimy. I can't believe you changed this lotion that has been around for years. I have been using the original lotion for my skin for years and was extremely happy as it kept my skin hydrated and soft. I will throw away this bottle and am extremely UNHAPPY about the waste of my money. It is way under one star, perhaps an F minus. BRING BACK THE OLD FORMULA!!

I do not know what you did to the baby lotion but I just threw out 2 big bottles because it was like white water. What have you done now to baby lotion, first you changed the color from pink to white, now it is white liquid water. I have been using the baby lotion for 50 years and now I am going to have to find something else, VERY SAD!!!!

I've been using Johnson and Johnson baby lotion as my only lotion for over 50 years…all of my life! This new formula smells absolutely disgusting. I'm actually known for my/your (original formula) smell and got compliments often. Even my family members think this stinks. I also put the original formula on my grand baby, but will not use this on her. This new formula feels sticky and is thinner, runny, and doesn't dry well like the original formula. I am an avid swimmer year round and spend my summers in chlorine pools all day. The original formula was just right, providing just the right amount of moisture without being too thick or sticky. PLEASE bring back the original or make it available to order!!! I also have sensory issues which make this a huge issue for me. I've tried multiple lotions the past few months and have not found one that works the same. Very, very disappointed! This deserves zero stars.

New formula is terrible. Heavily fragranced, sticky, greasy, overall unenjoyable after decades of using baby lotion daily. Not sure the new formula even rates better ingredient wise, seems as though it was a move to push cheaper ingredients that consumers wrongly perceive as "better" alternatives just because there is less data.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It was hard to take a photo. But this solution smells powdery clean and has softened my babies skin. It was hard to pose but he doesn't mind once the lotion is rubbed in its placing it on where he wants to explore I use this in my babies legs especially I feel like they get drier than most places and have been loving the scent and feel. I tried on my skin as well and it didn't bug my sensitive skin either.
