If I could give this way less than one star I definitely do it. I've always bought Johnson's pink lotion, but definitely the new formula is awful , it smells so so bad. I was very excited to use it with my baby when born because I really loved the old formula with coconut oil, and now I have to look for another lotion that I could love like the other formula. I am so disappointed. I am Using very little of what is left of my old lotion formula because I've gone everywhere and there is no old lotion formula left. I hope Johnson hear us out and bring the old formula back

I didn't know the Baby Lotion formula had changed until I used it the 1st time. I was incredibly disappointed. The baby smell is gone, They added aloe vera and vitamin B4 and it didn't need that. We don't need more artificial vitamins and oils in our baby products. I bought a bottle of the Johnsons baby lotion for somewhere in Europe and it still has the baby smell and it's not oily and doesn't feel sticky nor does it have an artificial color. But it feels and smells great. The fact that the Europeans demand less artificial coloring and additives is a great thing. However, here in America we get all the extra crap we don't need or want in our products for our babies. I loved the fact that Johnson's Baby Lotion was simply formulated and smelled great. Now it's watery, sticky and smells like a mixture of dead plants and industrial chemicals. That can't be good for a baby's skin. I know I don't like the way it feels on me. After 45+ years of using the old formula, I know the difference and I don't like the "Improved" formula. Please go back.

I have used Johnson and Johnson's baby lotion for greater than 40 years every day. I've tried the new formulation, and unfortunately the quality is just not there. I could tell immediately something was different. The lotion was definitely thinner than the old lotion. But most importantly, after applying the lotion, I noticed within a couple hours the area of my skin felt sticky or somewhat tacky. I had to rinse off what I had applied to my skin. I even tried giving the new product, the benefit of the doubt and using it for a few more days, but unfortunately, I hate to say I'm really disappointed in this product. Why change something that was amazing.

I've been using any lotion for over 15 years s as my daily moisturizer. I opened this bottle this morning and quickly noticed the new fragrance and feel. It's starts off sticky and I just hate it. Not sure if I'll continue using it as the fragrance is too strong for me. As another reviewer stated, bring back the old formula or offer both. I'm truly disgusted and won't be purchasing another bottle until this is fixed. I wish I could give it zero stars. Lost a loyal customer.

Over the years I’ve been able to tolerate the changes in the scent and texture, or rather the feel and smell on my skin. But, this last newest bottle, The scent is so perfume strong, making it hard to fall asleep….

I have been using J&J pink baby lotion for years. I HATE the new formula. I thought I purchased the wrong lotion at first until I tried to find the "original" and discovered that the formula had been changed. This new formula is watery and smells AWEFUL. Please change back or at the very least offer two options that consumers can choose from. I will not longer be purchasing this "new and improved" formula. You have lost a long time customer.

I just tried the new formula and I am disappointed. The previous one worked perfect. I don´t like the scent of the new one,. The scent was the #1 reason I kept using your lotion since I was a baby. There were never been issues with the previous formula and it´s hydrating properties. Now it doesn´t leave skin feeling as fresh as before. If more hydration is needed, just reapply more lotion and that´s it. Leave the new formulation for those who like it, but PLEASE KEEP THE ORIGINAL FORMULA INTACT for the rest of us who dislike the updated version. Thank you.

I have been using your baby lotion for 30+ years for myself and used it with both of my babies. About 7 years ago, you reformulated and I was ok with that because it was still very similar to the old formula. However, with the new change, you have made your product smell like the very cheap baby lotions. The smell is overpowering and not appealing at all. The texture is vastly different as well. It feels very greasy. I don't know why you chose to make this drastic change but I truly hope you will change it back. Sincerely, Long time user and previous fan...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I loveeee the smell of Johnson's. I've been using it on my toddler as well as myself and it applies smoothly. There's a slight greasiness left over but I don't mind it. The bottle size is huge and would last a while I think. Very hydrating!
