I missed the old version. I had my first son 7 years ago and while I was pregnant, I had a keen smell and that lotion was the only lotion I liked. I remember when they took my bay for his first bath and he came back into the room smelling like that lotion. He has been using this lotion his whole LIFE, then they went ahead to change it to this watery substance that the smell doesn't even last 15 minutes. I get that it has less “chemicals” or what ever but I liked the old one 100% more. Even my son doesn't really like this version. We tried looking for the lotion at retail stores, but only find this newer version.

The texture is lightweight, absorbs quickly, and doesn't feel greasy at all!🥰 I also love that it's gentle and has a clean, fresh baby scent that isn't overpowering. Perfect for daily use, especially for dry or sensitive skin. I think this lotion offers amazing value for the price because the bottle is large and lasts a long time even with daily use. I've used other Johnson's products in the past and they are consistently great!🩷 The lotion has a very smooth texture, like extra smooth. You can tell it has some aloe in it by the feel and after reading the ingredients I noticed it also has coconut oil! This feels very nice on my and my baby's skin as well. It has a nice neutral smell and left my baby feeling even softer than he was before!👶Baby's are always so soft and Johnson's products help keep them that way! I am happy to add this to my baby's toiletries and I'll also be using it on myself and my toddler because it's that good!💖 I gave it 5 stars ⭐ and would recommend this to anyone, adults and babies included!🧴✨

The new J & J baby lotion with aloe & vitamin B5 smells horrible. It smells like some sort combination of chemicals. It gave me a nausea. I bought four bottles of it and had to return them all. It had such a signature smell which I loved all these years, and it seems it has gone and been replaced with horrible chemical smelling lotion.

Absorbs into skin without being sticky. It smells so good and is such a gentle moisturizer to the most delicate skin. Heck I even use it!. I massage this onto my two year old after bath time and he loves getting pampered.

I tried this on my babies as soon as they got out of the shower and I absolutely love it already. It makes their skin feel so soft. The ingredients list are also great, a like to use a generous amount and rub it in and it does not leave your skin sticky afterwards.

I purchased Johnson's Baby Lotion for myself and my high school students for years. We were all fans, but the newer version is awful. The smell is so strong, I have stopped using it. I also don't feel like it is moisturizing. Unfortunately, I will be looking for another brand. I hope they change it back.
