I am 55 years old and have use Johnson's Baby cream since my aunt bought it for me when I was 15 years old. I always had sensitive skin and this was the only cream i liked and used. One of my favorite smells in the whole world is opening a brand new bottle of the original Johnson's Baby cream and I have always kept the cupboard full and never leave home without it. So I grabbed a bunch of bottles of the new product but it is just not the same :( Sooooo Disappointed. Please reconsider bringing it back.

Johnson and Johnson baby lotion was used on me as a child and I have bought it myself the last 35 years but No more! There is a reason the company has been in business 130 years and it’s because people liked what they offered. The new lotion does not have the same scent nor texture nor creaminess. So disappointing!

I just bought a new bottle as my old one was running out. First, the bottle design sucks. It’s a hundred times harder to pump then it was before. Second, the texture is watery and slimy instead of the normal thick and moisturizing. Third, the new scent is horrendous. Lastly, I have used J&J products since I was bore over 30 years ago because it is the only lotion I have never had an allergy too. That has now changed. It makes me sneeze because if the new flower scent and it makes me itch. I also ended up with a rash all over my arms and legs because of it. I will not be buying it again. Ever.

Please, please, please bring back the original formula of the pink baby lotion. I have been using the pink Johnson's baby lotion all my life and I was really upset when I bought some recently and found out that you have changed the formula, first to one that contains coconut oil, but worst of all, you removed the beatiful original smell of the pink baby lotion and replaced it with something which I can only describe as rancid and disgusting. I don't understand why you would change the winning formula that has been around for decades to something as nasty as this. The original pink Johnson's baby lotion is the only thing I can use as a facial moisturizer. I'm now unable to use this product anymore due to this horrible smell.

Been using Baby Lotion since the mid 70s.....why would you change the formula NOW? Guess I'll be at the out-let stores, flea markets etc. to look for old stock of REAL Johnson's Baby Lotion. My family has used Baby Lotion daily for over 40 years....this is not a good start to 2019. :(

I have very sensitive skin and can only use this product. I have been using Johnsons baby lotion for over 2 decades. I recently purchased your "new formula " and it is AWFUL! It does not Pentwater into the skin. I compared it to the last bottle I purchased and it is not the same. You all need to change it back. I will NEVER purchase this again unless it is charged to the old formula! I really want my money back. It's too thick and doesn't even smell the same. I'm not sure if you all are trying to cut costs or what. BUT CHANGE IT BACK!! If I could give this new formula zero stars I would

I used to love this lotion. My husband loves it as well. The smell was nice and it wasn’t sticky or greasy. Something changed. Unaware he bought a new bottle, as soon as I smelled it on him I was nauseous. This went on for several days until I found out it was the new bottle he was using. I don’t know what you did with the old formula, but after 30 plus years of buying this lotion we will no longer be doing so.
