I am 24 years old and I can’t say enough great things about this product! I use it specifically on my face being of its light weight and it’s gentle effect on my skin. I also use it on my kids every night and they always wake up to glowing, beautiful skin. I recommend this to anyone child or any adult (yes I said adult) who wants to have smooth glowing skin.

I have been using the original baby lotion for years and now to have to have it switched to this new horrible smelling lotion is ridiculous!!!! Who idea was it to change it and not leave the original scent for the people who want to continue to use the original scent. Whatever meeting Johnson's & Johnson's need to have to bring this back need to happen ASAP!!!!!!!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have used Johnson's Baby lotion for many years. But it has been especially nice to introduce this lotion to my granddaughter and great granddaughter. My granddaughter keeps commenting about how smooth and soft the baby's skin is. For us, who have used it for years, we know how great it is for baby's skin.

I just bought a new bottle as my old one was running out. First, the bottle design sucks. It’s a hundred times harder to pump then it was before. Second, the texture is watery and slimy instead of the normal thick and moisturizing. Third, the new scent is horrendous. Lastly, I have used J&J products since I was bore over 30 years ago because it is the only lotion I have never had an allergy too. That has now changed. It makes me sneeze because if the new flower scent and it makes me itch. I also ended up with a rash all over my arms and legs because of it. I will not be buying it again. Ever.

I have used the Original Baby Lotion since I was a child and I am now 55 years old and it is the only thing I use on my face. I went to buy a new one today and just opened it and the smell is NASTY! Please bring back the Original because I will NEVER use another Johnson and Johnson product!

J&J baby lotion (pink) is the only lotion I have used for 30 years! I used it all over after every shower. It’s the only moisturizer I used on my face also. I’m so unhappy with the new formula. It’s greasy, doesn’t make my skin as soft, doesn’t apply as smoothly. I’m so glad to see other people agree. I hope you go back to original or at least offer a choice between the two.

I have been using this lotion for years and I am very unhappy to say the least. The self proclaimed "new and improved" formula smells, looks and feels completely different from the original product. The lotion is loose and watery and smells nothing like the original lotion I have been using for years. There was no need to change this product at all and now I can't seem to find the original anywhere. This "new and improved" lotion seems like a cheap knock off. I will not be purchasing this lotion anymore unless I find the original. Consumers should have the choice to choose between the two.

Have used JBL for over 20 years for both my children when young and myself over those years. I like how the ingredients have been reduced and no mineral oil now, however, the fragrance is missing. It smelled so clean and blended well with any fragrance I chose to wear. I know your market is children but consider offering both scents for those of us who have purchased your product half of our lives.

Similar to what some others have said, I’ve been using this baby lotion for more than 20+ years, even as an adult and this new formula makes me want to explore other options in the market. The reasons I’ve used this lotion for decades - how easy it gets absorbed, non-sticky/oily feeling after absorption, the smell - are now all gone in this new formula! It took me wayyyy too long to get it rubbed in and that’s that I’m an adult, if this product is actually for babies, I can’t imagine rubbing this into my son’s skin for as long as I had to rub it into mine. It also now has a rubbery smell that is not the one I know and love. Change the formula back! Don’t fix what’s not broken.

Growing up everyone used the “the pink bottle” of Johnson’s baby lotion. I have used it for my three year old son since he was born. I recently bought a new bottle and not only has the look changed but the smell has definitely changed as well. Not the smell that I grew up on. What a shame
