I have used Johnson's baby lotion from head to toe every day for about the last 16 years. If I don't put it on right after a shower, my skin feels horrible. When I saw the new bottle, I thought it was just new packaging so I did the same thing. Big mistake! I broke out in hives all over my body and the new lotion smells horrible. Now I need to find a new lotion (from a different company) to use. You have lost an extremely loyal and valuable customer with this new lotion.

I see a lot of people complaining about the new improved baby lotion, but my experience is that it is a lot more moisturising now, and the smell is very very similar, but fresher. The old stuff was too runny, full of dyes and left a residue on the skin. This is much better! Thanks for improving a very dated product and making it better!

Our whole family loves the smell of the lotion. Its a soft, clean long lasting fragrance. The lotion is soft and silky and doesn't feel greasy or oily. I was very happy with Joshson's Baby Lotion and plan to continue to use it in our household.

I am in my 60's and have been using JNJ baby lotion for years. I have sensitive dry skin. I wanted to give the new formula a chance before reviewing. I am now at the end of the bottle and I can not get the top off. There is a lot of lotion left in the container. What a waste. The new formula is just ok. It doesn't seem to moisturize as well as it's original version. The scent is just ok too. Like others I miss the original scent and consistency. At the very least the packaging needs to be improved. I would love if the original version was revived.

I got a free sample of the johnsons baby lotion I’m allergic to aloe so finding lotion I can use can be difficult. I have really bad eczema on my hands and most lotions tend to cause more problems than they do good. I tried this lotion and my hands haven’t looked this normal in years. This stuff has brought so much joy to my life honestly.

The lotion makes a baby skin's so soft and it's great for people of all ages. I love the fact it doesn't include parabens, dyes or pthalates in it and it make me feel better about using the product on my child's skin especially when they are young and can be sensitive. A little bit goes a long way and doesn't leave the skin feeling greasy at all.

I was saddened to see they changed the formula and scent. I believe they should bring the original back with the new one as an option as well. I will have to buy a different brand now, unfortunately, and savor the old one. The new packaging is cool though.

I am 75 years old and have used Johnson’s baby lotion all my life, for my daughter, my granddaughters and for myself. I have always loved the feel and scent, it was like no other. I am so disappointed with the new scent and it doesn’t leave your skin as soft either. It’s more like the old Baby Magic, which I never liked. It has always been in my family and I have to say I will probably not be purchasing it again, it’s just not the same and doesn’t do the trick any longer.

I have been using Johnsons’s Baby Lotion for a majority of my life. I walked into my local store expecting to repurchase my usual baby lotion only to be greeted with a new bottle. I purchased it none the less expecting it to smell the same as there was no indicator that is was any different. After my shower, I used a bit of it and was shocked to find it looked and smelled different from the scent that had been used in my family for years! I am not fond of the smell by any means, and I am currently at a loss. I am deeply hoping both lotions will be sold so customers have a choice between the two. It will only please customers more than it will hurt them. There was no need to change anything about it.
