Very disappointed you changed the scent. I been using this product for over fifty years. My mother used it. I used on my children and now my grandchildren. I still use it for myself. Why not give the customer a choice? Make both scents and let the customer decide if they want to buy the original scent or the new scent. I Guarantee you the original scent will sell better. The new pump doesn’t work well either. Why fix it if it’s not broken?

Once again, here’s yet another company that supposedly “fixed” a product that wasn’t broken. New formula isn’t as good as the original formula. The new bottle design doesn’t fit in my toiletry travel bag pocket & the top can’t be removed to use all of the product. And big surprise, another price hike! Obviously J&J does not value their customers who have been loyal to their products for many decades. Bring back the original formula & bottle, as well as the Aloe & Vitamin E formula. The current varieties are too fragrant for anyone with a sensitive nose (allergies).

I am 55 years old and have use Johnson's Baby cream since my aunt bought it for me when I was 15 years old. I always had sensitive skin and this was the only cream i liked and used. One of my favorite smells in the whole world is opening a brand new bottle of the original Johnson's Baby cream and I have always kept the cupboard full and never leave home without it. So I grabbed a bunch of bottles of the new product but it is just not the same :( Sooooo Disappointed. Please reconsider bringing it back.

You had a product the everyone loved for over 50 years. Your improved formula is in my garbage can. Swallow your pride and go back to the old formula. Many years ago, Coke changed its formula and everyone hated the new formula. Coke listened to consumers and brought back its old product which was welcomed by the public. Learn from Coke. It should be easy to go back to the original pink baby lotion. You have lost me as a customer.

It’s 2019. How is there not a way to incorporate the ORIGINAL scent with the new ingredients the company clearly wants? (Even though I like the old formula better). I used to recommend J&J baby lotion to ALL of my friends because it was amazing on my combination skin, didn’t make me break out, and didn’t make my skin oily. It was my secret. The perfect moisturizer. Now it’s ruined and I smell like garbage.

This new formula is horrible. Makes me break out! Smell isn't as good and the texture of the lotion is even different. Why would you go from making a great product to making lesser product. It's a shame! I use to recommend this product to my friends all the time. But definitely no longer. Nor will I be using this new formula lotion. I have used the old formula lotion my entire life. From a baby to adult of 36 years old. And I do buy some great pricey make-up but still stick to this lotion as my moisturizer. Even a whole body moisturizer and It's sad to say that I have to stop buying a product I love because it is discontinued and replaced with a horrible product. Why would you do such a thing? I'm not the only one that complains about this! Johnson what are you doing over there?? Bring back the old formula!! Please!

This new formula smells terrible and it doesn't feel as comfortable on my skin as the old one. I've used the old formula for many years and I'm extremely disappointed with this new lotion. Please just create a separate line of products that are considered paraben-free and whatnot while also keeping the old formulas, which are just as effective but scented differently. I see no reason why both formulas are unable to coexist to please both parents concerned with safety and the existing customers who enjoy the "old" product.

I have used Johnson's baby lotion from head to toe every day for about the last 16 years. If I don't put it on right after a shower, my skin feels horrible. When I saw the new bottle, I thought it was just new packaging so I did the same thing. Big mistake! I broke out in hives all over my body and the new lotion smells horrible. Now I need to find a new lotion (from a different company) to use. You have lost an extremely loyal and valuable customer with this new lotion.

I bought the new formula once and it smelled TERRIBLE I had to throw the whole thing away. What a waste. It is also painfully clear you are trying to drown all the bad reviews with “promotional” five star reviews clearly fake when someone says they have “been using it for years” Bring back the old pink lotion!! I used it religiously with my first and sadly refuse to use this “New” product with my 2nd and 3rd.... and ps stop drowning bad reviews.
