As with the majority of customers on here, I am beyond upset that you decided to change to this new bad smelling almost watered down product. I am 28 years old and I have been using your lotion for years, however, upon seeing and trying out your new product, I sadly have to find another lotion. Not only does it smell weird, it almost seems watery and doesn't moisturize my skin at all. Me and my eczema are incredibly saddened by this. If you're gonna keep this terrible new formula, could you please offer the old one as well.

I have used Johnson's baby lotion for years, especially liked the Oatmeal / Vanilla lotion. The new formula does absolutely nothing for my skin like the lotion did I used for years. It is like putting water on my skin. I have been complimented in the past on the condition of my skin but that will not be so going forward if I use this new formula. I know this is marketed as a baby product but it has been a product I have used as an adult for the better part of my 69 years. I am now on hunt for a replacement of something I enjoyed putting on my skin. How about bringing the old formula back and marketing it for the "Baby Boomers" who grew up with it. If not well farewell to something that was good and made bad by some executive decision.

I have been buying Johnson’s Baby lotion for 50 years and loved it. I bought the new bottle, and hate the new bottle design. Since you can't put a cap from a non pump bottle on it there is no way to secure the pump in a suitcase. What a terrible idea!!! But beside the bottle design, the new formula is terrible. The color is wrong, the smell is terrible and it's not as good as the original formula. i would return it, but just not worth it. So luckily I still have some of the original formula so will mix it together to get rid of it, but after all my original formula is gone I will be switching to Baby Magic or store brand baby lotion that smells better or Jergens Cherry Almond. I suggest you change back to the original.

I’ve been using this lotion probably 50 years, since my children were babies. I’m very sensitive to fragrance but JBL never bothered me. I just bought two very large containers only to find that the smell is no longer tolerable and the lotion is not very moisturizing. It seems you’ve completely changed the product. The smell is quite unpleasant to use on your hands and I would never use it on an infant!

The new smell is terrible and it doesn’t feel as moisturizing as the original product. Every review I see online is bad regarding the new formula. Why would they change a good product, I guess to appease the snowflakes. Make a natural line of product for them. Bring back the original baby lotion

I bought this product a couple weeks ago, and has left my skin nice and smooth. It's great for baby's skin as well. I use it on my god children and nephew when I babysit them and it works wonders for both your hands and the babys skin. 10/10 would definitely and already do reccomend.

It goes on smooth, absorbs very quickly, and doesn't leave an unpleasant greasy film. I will not only recommend this, but I will purchase more in the future.

I do not like the smell of the new formula. I have been using this product everyday since I was a baby. I am now 53 years old. The new scent gives me a bad headache which is the reason I used it as an adult. It’s sad that I will have to find a new product. The wash is fine but the lotion is a NO for me. Thank
