I still love the lotion but this pump design is absolutely the worst idea J&J could ever think of. It's hard to get the lotion out of the pump and when it gets below half full it's impossible to get the lid off and salvage the rest. Total rip-off trying to get you to buy a new bottle and you can't even recycle what's left in the bottle if you can't get it out. Epic fail Johnson & Johnson... Listen to your long-time customers!!!

I love this baby lotion and have for decades. Recently a change was made to the top portion of the dispensing bottle making it unable to be removed. This results in the pump action not being able to dispense a significant portion of lotion in the bottom. I am changing lotion as I will not waste my money on a design flaw.

I bought this product a couple weeks ago, and has left my skin nice and smooth. It's great for baby's skin as well. I use it on my god children and nephew when I babysit them and it works wonders for both your hands and the babys skin. 10/10 would definitely and already do reccomend.

Just bought the new bottle. 50% less ingredients? Cheap! Doesn’t smell the same! It’s a different color and watery!!!!!!! I actually have the original pump that i’ve been putting into the new/old bottles....the tube is thicker. Stop being so cheap and bring back the old formula!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Johnson's® Baby Lotion feels hydrating and nourishing on the skin but I'm not a huge fan of the scent (it's fragranced). It does leave the skin soft and smooth after use. However I wouldn't use this on my baby since it does contain some chemical ingredients including dimethicone, phenoxyethanol (preservative), and others.

I am extremely disappointed and unimpressed with the NEW Johnson's Baby Lotion. The best part about the old version was the scent which the new version is lacking entirely. Why was a new product created when there was nothing wrong with the old one? I will definitely be looking for a different product in hope of finding one that is more like the ORIGINAL Johnson's Baby Lotion. This is very disappointing as I have used ORIGINAL Johnson's Baby Lotion daily for well over 23 years.

I have been using Johnson’s baby lotion for years now because I have extremely sensitive and dry skin mixed in with some eczema, scabs and scars cover my skin because of my condition. This new stuff is simply terrible. Not only does it have a strong scent which I do not appreciate but this new stuff is very very very greasy. Dirt and dust stick to my skin almost immediately after I put it on so my body starts to feel dirty right after my shower. Also I have to scrub my skin hard in the shower because this new formula gets into my pours and is giving me new scabs because of my condition. I will be looking for a new different lotion because frankly this new formula is just awful.

I got this product as a gift from my Sister for my daughter and I was going to take it back to the store because I thought it was the wrong product . Only to find out you guys changed everything up . I decided to try it out and I am very disappointed . The smell of it is gone . I compared it to the original and the feel of it is gone as well . This makes me sad because now I feel like my daughters skin isn’t as moisturized as before and she doesn’t have that same baby smell to her . I wish and hope you guys change to the original formula and just keep the new look . Otherwise I think you might loose me as a loyal customer

Been using Baby Lotion since the mid 70s.....why would you change the formula NOW? Guess I'll be at the out-let stores, flea markets etc. to look for old stock of REAL Johnson's Baby Lotion. My family has used Baby Lotion daily for over 40 years....this is not a good start to 2019. :(
