I have been buying Johnson’s Baby lotion for 50 years and loved it. I bought the new bottle, and hate the new bottle design. Since you can't put a cap from a non pump bottle on it there is no way to secure the pump in a suitcase. What a terrible idea!!! But beside the bottle design, the new formula is terrible. The color is wrong, the smell is terrible and it's not as good as the original formula. i would return it, but just not worth it. So luckily I still have some of the original formula so will mix it together to get rid of it, but after all my original formula is gone I will be switching to Baby Magic or store brand baby lotion that smells better or Jergens Cherry Almond. I suggest you change back to the original.

I always used this lotion for my daughter and myself. After purchasing the new formula, I was so disappointed. I miss the smell of the old formula too. I’ve been checking several stores hoping to find a bottle of the original. I agree with some of the other unsatisfied customers. At least make the other kind an option.

I have been using baby lotion to moisturise for over 20 years but will not be buying the new formula again! Why did you change the scent and colour when it already worked?? The scent is horrible, it smells like my grandmas soap!! The colour I can deal with, but don’t understand why you would change it! I do however like the new bottles :)

I went to buy the lotion and saw they changed the bottle and when I tried it..it felt completely different. it's dry, the fragrance is overwhelming and the consistency and color changed. I really wish they brought back the old version. My family's been using it since I was a kid and l had planned to use it on my babies but I'm going to have to find a new brand to use. Our skin is too sensitive for all the changes and this lotion was the only one that I really felt comfortable with.

I have been using Johnson’s baby lotion for years now because I have extremely sensitive and dry skin mixed in with some eczema, scabs and scars cover my skin because of my condition. This new stuff is simply terrible. Not only does it have a strong scent which I do not appreciate but this new stuff is very very very greasy. Dirt and dust stick to my skin almost immediately after I put it on so my body starts to feel dirty right after my shower. Also I have to scrub my skin hard in the shower because this new formula gets into my pours and is giving me new scabs because of my condition. I will be looking for a new different lotion because frankly this new formula is just awful.

I've been using Johnson's baby lotion for 33 years now. I love it, is the only lotion I use, but NOW something changed. The formula is different, the color is different, the smell is different, it feels different and it sucks!! Please bring the old formula back! I really dont like it!!! I was very happy with the old one, not all improvements are good!! Thanks and good night!

I didn't even realize that there was a change in the ingredients. Just thought that the container was new. I was surprised when I went to use it. Its watery & doesn't smell the same. Been using this product for 40 years. Definitely will be looking for another brand!! Doesn't even deserve one star

I have been using Johnson and Johnson baby lotion since I read a little girl. I have raised my three children using this product as well as two grand children. I must say I an not a fan of the new lotion. They always say if it isn't broke don't try to fix it. This new lotion does not have a baby smell and that is what I come to love. The smell of a fresh clean baby smell is lacking of the new lotion. If I wanted coconut oil I would use that, not sure what prompt the charge after all these years, but how can I get the old Johnson and Johnson pick baby lotion? #want2know #dontwantdawhitelotioncalledbabylotion

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Baby and I LOVE Johnson's Baby Lotion! The redesigned bottle is fantastic and makes it so easy to use. Of course, the scent the awesome! The lotion absorbs very quickly and makes my baby's skin so soft and supple and smooth. As stated, it really does keep both my hands and baby moisturized all day! Quality is outstanding along with the fact that there are no parabens, dyes or phthalates! This lotion exceeds quality compared to competitors. I will use this lotion as long as it is being made!

Horrible new formula. Nothing like the original. Smells awful and irritates my baby’s skin. Will not buy again. I used the old formula for my first born, who is now 15 years old. It worked great on him when he was young. On my second baby who is now 16 months, I can’t use on her anymore. Please put the old formula lotion back on the market.
