SO SAD about the new formula. It simply doesn't smell the same. I've used this my entire life and feel I've lost an old friend. Please, please make the original formula available to those who prefer it. Why do so many companies go and mess around with a classic? Terrible feel and smell. Boo hoo!

Very disappointed you changed the scent. I been using this product for over fifty years. My mother used it. I used on my children and now my grandchildren. I still use it for myself. Why not give the customer a choice? Make both scents and let the customer decide if they want to buy the original scent or the new scent. I Guarantee you the original scent will sell better. The new pump doesn’t work well either. Why fix it if it’s not broken?

I just purchased the new baby lotion formula and I was very dissapointed with the change. I use the lotion after a shower at night before I go to bed and this new formula feels allittle greasy. At least you could have kept the same smell of the original product !! I have been a user of johnson products for my children and my adulthood. I will not be using the new products. Bring back the old fragrance please!!!!

My twin babies smell so fresh after using this baby lotion. It is very gentle and is great for my babies’ sensitive skin. It has a nice creamy and smooth feeling to it. My twin babies skin feels so soft after using this lotion. They have very dry skin and with this lotion their skin feels very moisturized and soft. It is easy to dispense the right amount with the pump dispenser. You don’t need a lot because it really absorbs well into the skin so the bottle will last a long time. It doesn’t leave a sticky or greasy feeling to the skin. I love that this baby lotion doesn’t contain any parabens, phthalates or dyes. A great safe and gentle lotion to keep baby’s skin moisturized. I really recommend this baby lotion.

My family has been using Johnson’s products from generation to generation and I know that I’ll be using it with my own grandkids one day! But I’m not gonna rush my own babies growing up! For now I will hold them and love them a little longer. I will bathe them in Johnson’s baby wash first and then I will lather them up with the Johnson’s baby lotion afterwards. There is nothing more sweeter than a sweet little baby smelling so fresh and clean after their baby bath and lotion. It smells so great! I’ve recommended the products to all my friends and family and will continue too!

Just bought a new bottle of lotion. I’m glad that it’s paraben free now but you guys HAVE to work on the smell. It’s not the same! I’ve used this for 23 years and I’m heart broken that the sent has changed. Please for the love of all that is good in this world, bring back the original sent!

I went to the store today to buy a bottle of Johnson’s baby lotion and was disappointed to find out that you changed the formula. My mom used Johnson’s baby lotion on me as an infant because I have very sensitive skin. I continued to use your baby lotion as a child, teenager, and now as an adult. I didn’t have to worry about breaking out in a rash or having an allergic reaction to any of the ingredients. Now that you have added coconut oil to your products I am very disappointed that I will not be able to use them. I am extremely allergic to coconut that I break out in hives, a rash, my eyes get swollen, and it affects my throat as well as my breathing. I don’t know who these parents were that you consulted with on changing your baby lotion formula because this was a big miss. I only hopes this fad of using coconut in practically everything goes away soon. I’m very disappointed in Johnson & Johnson because I thought this was a product I could rely on.

Bought this for me, my baby is 14 now! 😢🥰. I used this on him and myself way back then. I missed the smell. It is light, smooth and has a clean and pleasing scent. Never has irritated my families sensitive skin. And the price is always consistently affordable and product is sold everywhere so you never have to run out of it and then go on a treasure hunt to buy more.

Love Johnson's Baby Lotion, just had my first grandchild and almost forgot how great it was, only product for my granddaughter! Made sure everyone has a bottle, keeps baby's skin soft and supple, does not clog pores, and great for sensitive skin. Who wouldn't love the smell of Johnson's ?!! Best products on the market!
