Very cheap quality. Pulled at the hair. Not comfortable

Very cheaply made. Norelco products not what they used to be.Guessyou can get their top of the line for $200 -300. Not nterested in that

Bought this for my husband. He loves it. It gives a very close shave and is easy to use. He says he’ll shave more often now.

Works just like a shaver should. On sale, it was a better value than buying replacement heads for the old one.

this is the brand i purchase each time the razor breaks. I do get replacement blades Love that this razor came with another set of blades.

Bought this product at a great price. Box reads model 6500 but when I registered the razor the model number and serial number comes out as a 5000 series In big dispute with Philips

bought one last year for my husband, he used it about three times and then would not charge and quit working at all, junk, thru it out with the rest of the trash, would never buy another one.

Have bought 5 Norelco always happy until this 6500. It has no trimmer on razor no brushes to clean blades no carry pouch.but it came in a bigger box with a much higher cost. This will be the last Norelco. What a disappointment

Paid $60 on sale for this shaver. The first shave was very comfortable and smoove. I do not appreciate the proprietary charger. USB C is a universal/global spec for charging small electronics. If it is good enough for 5000mah phone battery, it should be good enough for Philips. Most of the packaging was to protect nitrogen, which, does not need protection. Thankfully, most of the unnecessary packaging was cardboard and therefore recyclable. It was still wasteful and most annoying. Otherwise, I am please with the shaver and would buy it again, but only at 40% or greater off retail. Not worth $100 IMHO
