Needs a better battery

the results are better than I expected, BUT.... I can't get a full shave out of the fully charged battery, and I'm talking only about 3 minutes.....plus you can't use it while it's plugged in.... I assume this is just a bad unit ?? I'll have to see if Sam's will trade for another for another unit
