so far okay. it is a nice picture but the sound does not match the picture. it lags not sure how to fix yet if possible. the app ( smart things?) we were supposed to use to mimic the remote control is awful. it is not user friendly. i've deleted it already. i found another one. the system on the tv to find your show isn't great either. once again not really easy to use. takes some practice. i guess i was used to roku.

I've been watching way more Bob Ross which has been nice in this pandemic. Good sound quality that does not require an extra soundbar, though it couldn't hurt.

Crystal clear image as advertised, really no need for a soundbar, and low latency have made it worth every penny. It took a while to get used to admittedly with the clear motion and just how much better the image quality is. Some stuff looks pretty real. That can be a good or bad thing. Lol If youre looking for a great multi-function television you just found it. Dollar for dollar it's a no brainer.

The picture quality is great and does not get a "pixilated" effect when showing darker colors like my old television did. Color quality in my opinion is excellent. The one complaint I do have is that the screen will start to flicker while watching a show making it necessary to switch inputs to give it a rest then switch back and continue your show. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

The apps are harder to find than on other tv's I've had and the remote is bunched with many buttons that I feel are unnecessary in this day and age. Overall a good buy though.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this TV for my living room and it was mainly used by my kids on the weekends to watch cartoons. It was turned on for a total of 6 hours a week, if that. I owned the TV for 7 months when I noticed that the clear screen cover over the display was peeling away from the frame. I could gently press around the edge and the screen would stick back in place but would start peeling off again after only 1 to 2 hours. My guess is that Samsung used some cheap adhesive on model to save on manufacturing costs.

It has amazing picture quality, great sound from the internal speakers, and I just LOVE the built-in Samsung TV channels. The pictures are crystal clear, the sound is great and the graphics look amazing for my video games as well as the movies I watch. While everything is turning out to be better than advertised, the best part of my experience has been the initial setup. All I had to do was plug in the Smart TV and it did the rest of the work. In 5 minutes, everything was set and I didn't have to make any adjustments. Samsung went above and beyond on their product and I appreciate them giving me an awesome experience.
