Clear and crisp

Good TV for the price but

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have this model as well as the next model up and I can see some of the features are turned off, grayed out or simply not available. But that doesn't take away for the quality of the TV, which is excellent for a kid' s bedroom or guest room.

Great color .. (after adjustments)

i only gave 4 stars as it took a while to figure out how to 'adjust' to get true colors .. trial and error till finally turned "auto's" off ... my son has a samsung and i fell in love it .. when i first got mine i was disappointed and almost considered returning it .. color was off .. too dark ..even after trying to adjust .. plus the motion of people was weird. however, after my son went into "advance" adjustments and turned off the "auto" on everything he was able to finally get true colors and the "jerkiness" of movement stopped ... am now in love with my samsung ... so my advice .. if at first disillusioned with color, etc .. check into the advance adjustments .. turn off all "auto's" and see what happens .. :-) :-). in the mean time ... "happy trails to you ... "

This tv is great

ALOT of features and tech for a great price!

i found this tv while looking for a basic tv. i was able to purchase this tv, which was way more advanced and had more features for less, than the “cheap” tv's! i have a much more expensive tv hanging in our family room that doesn't do half of what this samsung does. i will be ordering another for our family room and replace whats currently there.

Great TV, but has minor issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have the 65'' and this TV has been great for me! The quality of the visuals is very clear and there are many features available so that things like Apple TV or Chromecast are not needed. My only issue is that I occasionally get pink/green colored screens or flickering screens on my TV. I end up having to reset the picture settings or unplug/plug the TV to fix the issue, but I just wish there was a better solution. Overall, the TV still works well and I would definitely recommend it for the price.

Good and Bad

the tv is great! the picture quality is great, and love not have tons of wires and cords everywhere. the remote sucks! way too sensitive and when i lower the sensitivity it doesn't work at all, also as far as being a "universal remote" it doesn't work for anything except the tv. good luck.

More problematic than smart

bought this tv hoping to have a full solution for all my streaming apps. not the case. apps often display erratic behavior. tv's os is surprisingly slow for a linux platform too. picture quality is good. but needed to buy a roku, essentially rendering this tv as “dumb” and wasting some cash.
