Only lasted 5 days...

bought the tv on 10/14. stopped working 5 days later. won't power on. standby light blinks every few seconds. went through all troubleshooting steps. warranty claim requiring me to wait 3 days to get it serviced. i like samsung tvs and have had good luck with a few i have owned, but sometimes, things just are lemons. just seems like i should be able to swap it out with another one.

While you are waiting for Samsung Service, you may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. (4) If the TV turns on, your issue may be with the remote control I hope this helps. Amazing Television, Maybe one of the Best!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] From Docking a Nintendo Switch to it to Streaming Movies in 1440p, This TV has to top one of many TV's that i reviewed, this television is really worth your while because of its amazing features like Smart Tap which when you tap a compatible device like a Samsung S9, it mirrors your phone screen straight to your TV with input lag hardly being a problem. TL;DR: This Samsung Smart TV is one of the best and I definitely recommend picking one up

my new samsung 50 tv is awesome. great picture which adjusts automatically to the room lighting. samsung gives you tons of free content with samsungtv, tubi, and more. browses the internet great and plays videos from the internet great. seamless integration with amazon prime video, netflix, hulu ....

Amazing hdtv worth the money

I received this hdtv as a replacement. The TV was very easy to put together out of the box. The set up for user settings was easy and the remote is very easy to use. Connecting to my home Wi-Fi was no problem. The TV is very easy to use. The sound is good I like the picture I'm amazed. The quality of video that I watch is very clear. The fact that I am watching older videos and the quality is still very clear. It is amazing. I would recommend this TV to anybody upgrading from a smaller size or may be changing from one branch to another. I have this in my bedroom, so I watch this a lot when I'm ready to go to bed or at the end of the day.

Excellent! Easy setup and a perfect picture.

Easy menu guided setup. Quick setup instructions provided were extremely basic but useful to prepare for the onscreen menu setup. The picture is absolutely stunning in clarity and detail. This is my 2nd Samsung flat screen and I'm convinced of the excellent quality of both TV's. I had been a Vizio owner for years but I've been converted. I also have a Samsung refrigerator which is terrific as well. Thank you Samsung and thank you Sam's Club for easy ordering online and quick delivery. Kind Regards, Ron

Black Screen with no picture - Only 3 months old

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For the first 3 months, the product performed flawlessly with a great picture. Now, once the TV is turned on the volume can be heard just like normal but the screen is black. If you look very closely at the screen, you can see a faint outline of what is being displayed on the screen. Overall, very disappointed in this product. Currently working through the warranty process and I am hopeful that Samsung will stand by their product with great customer service and will work to resolve this matter.

Great features, picture, and good for extra TV

Great deal on our second Samsung television. We have always just had one television in our home but we couldn't pass up this deal with points I had saved up. Our oldest moved out and now her old room is a combination guest room/speed bike room. We use the JRNY app and I thought what a great way to cycle while riding in different countries and showing my JRNY ride on the television. So far, so good! Picture is great for what we want it for and when I don't want to watch sports when my husband is watching on the 75" Samsung QLED, I can move myself into the spare room.

Apps go in and out.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The TV has wonderful color, but what is the point of buying a smart tv if the smart features do not work. I couldn't connect with my phone; and, I could not get the apps to work. Finally, one day they just decided to work. During covid a TV is almost essential to get through the day. So sad that I spent so much money for it not to work. I even had support replace the mother board twice.
