we purchased this tv after purchasing another offbrand tv and it not working immediately out of the box. however, when we purchased this tv to replace the old nonworking one we were very pleased! the set up was very easy and you can download most apps of your liking. i also like how it has samsung tv plus which is a free type of tv programing that we had no idea about when purchasing it. the quality of the picture is amazing and we are very happy.

i bought this tv as a replacement for my 60in vizio from 2016. the vizio still works great, but i wanted a 4k tv with a better refresh rate. with my vizio i could cast any streaming app from my phone to it...from netflix to crunchyroll, but with my newer samsung i can only cast netflix and youtube music. amazon prime, hulu, discovery+, while they're on smarthub, the tv will not show up on the cast menu. after 3 hours texting and talking to customer support from parts unknown, the conclusion they finally gave me...after 3 disconnects...was that well, those apps just don't support the model of tv. they don't what?! ok, cool, awesome...so the tv itself is pretty good, screen is clear and vivid, looks great. smarthub has ads...blah. wish i could take it back.

From the low price, the ease of use, and the feature packed UI, the TU7000 is all around AMAZING. I use almost every feature on the daily and mainly for gaming on my PS5. The 4K Image quality is so vibrant and bright and the sharpness doesn't leave me fiddling with settings to get the perfect setting for crisp, no jagged edged and defined picture it also doesn't have me turning sharpness down to the point its fuzzy and smeared looking it has the spot on in between where every time you use it its still as jaw dropping as it was on day one. If your someone who's on a budget, or someone who all in all just wants a beautiful picture with little to no effort to navigate and someone who wants a top tier feature packed smooth UI in their television then the Samsung TU7000 is that television and will not disappoint!

Had another Samsung in the living room that I've loved so far so decided to get the newer Crystal UHD for the bedroom. It's very thin so it doesn't take up too much space on the wall, the picture quality is amazing, and it has all of the streaming apps I use available for download. I would highly recommend this TV to anyone in the market for something that looks great, has a ton of features, and won't break your wallet.

I was able to cancel my tv subscription which basically paid for the tv in the first 6 mths of owning it.

i have had other samsung tv's in other rooms of the house for many years. when i heard our main tv was on it's last leg, i told my husband i would accept nothing else but a samsung. the television was easy to set up and fits in the location above our fireplace perfectly. we are thoroughly enjoying it.

This is my second Samsung TV the 1st of the 55 inch and I got the exact same TV but in a 65 inch version as well for another room. The picture absolutely pops first of all on both of them the picture quality is unmatched in 4k gaming on my Xbox I feel like I'm in the game. Which is also a testament to the amazing sound built into both television I also have a soundbar which even accents it even more and it is amazing. It also comes loaded with apps that are not useless father almost all the ones that come with it I use. I am deeply in love with the fact that my Samsung tablet syncs easily and perfectly so that I can utilize it to turn channels if I need to or adjust the volume level and it makes it very easy because they're in the same family now. I highly suggest fitting your home with Samsung televisions it's one of the best decisions I ever made.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As you can see, I rated it a 4/5 stars and the only reason why I did was because when I tried to mirror for example a show on the television, it only lets me hear the audio. Although there is a button that says show video, it would not show the video. Other than that, it has a great sound and it would be even more amazing with the sound bar included! I also love the quality of the tv and how very detailed it is. The details are not too bolded nor blurry. It's perfect. The amount of app that comes with it is amazing to me because I personally have Hulu, Netflix and Amazon Video accounts which is great to watch movies and TV series with my family and friends. Overall amazing and I love it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have had the TU7000 for a few weeks now and, in general, the TV has served my needs for a great price. It replaced a first-gen flat screen TV that was half as big and cost three-times as much 10 years ago. The TU7000 is a good budget TV. It's has a good clear picture and it is nice to have access to online streaming platforms native to the smart TV interface. However, it is difficult to see REALLY dark movie scenes and the app could be more user friendly. Overall, I'm please with the purchase so far and would recommend it to a friend.
