Love Iy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The television is lightweight yet durable. The sound quality is good but it could use a sound bar for music. The picture is crystal clear. The graphics on games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, and Dark Souls are amazing. All of my favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime are available and Samsung provides their tv at no cost. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their media experience.

Highly recommend TU7000 Crystal UHD

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this as our main family TV in our family room. We own 4 Samsung TV's and this is by far the best one we own. Highly recommend and may not be the best samsung tv but for the price and what our family needs is one you don't want to pass up.

Great TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has been great. I use it mainly for streaming and I haven't had any real issues with it. Once or twice it has disconnected from my home wifi and have to do a reset , but that doesn't happen often. The picture is really clear and Im glad I choose this tv !

Poor quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After less than two years of use, the upper right corner of the tv screen is noticeably dimmer than the rest of the tv. It seems as if a section of lighting has stopped working. Disappointed in the quality.

Hi Michael, It's disappointing to hear that your TU7000 TV screen is having image issues. I recommend trying the following troubleshooting steps to ensure the problem is not with an external device. 1. Check all input cable connections if any external devices are connected. 2. If the issue persists, define precisely what is wrong with the display. For example, mosaics and blocks, multiple lines or white dots, or fixed, horizontal, or vertical lines. 3. Try changing channels using the remote control. Is the issue the same on all channels? 4. Press the Home button (looks like a house), select Source, and choose another input source. Is the issue the same on all sources? 5. If the same problem persists, run a diagnostic test. (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Picture Test) 6. If the problem disappears during the test, check your TV signal (Home > Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information) to check the signal strength. The signal strength must be more than 20 dB (more than 4 bars on the icon) for stable signal reception Should your issue persist, don't hesitate to get in touch with Samsung Customer Support. Great picture and UI interface

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I bought this TV to take advantage of new gaming systems. I mostly game and stream videos with this and it's easy to set up. The smart things app is a God send in my opinion. I can even use my phone to turn it on and change the channel for my dog when I'm at work! Over all I'm really happy with this purchase it's a great tv for gameing and it automatically ajusts the settings if you go between a game or streaming a movie. I would definitely recommend and have!

Great Quality, Horrendous smart TV functionality

i'm very pleased with the picture quality, but absolutely hate the "smart tv" functionality. first, it has a built-in samsung tv plus that auto-plays if you don't have any inputs. i only use over-the-top streaming content, so i don't have any inputs. i had to do a workaround to delete the tv plus channels to prevent them from auto-playing. that didn't actually disable the tv plus app, instead of playing it now shows an error. second, the smart hub, which allows you to view your apps, has ads! there's no way to disable the ads, even though i paid for the tv! third, navigating the installed apps using the smart hub is very tedius. horrible ui design. roku, firestick, etc. are all better. in the end i had to use my old roku and not even any functionailtiy of the built-in smart tv.

NOPE.

Nope. Tv is 3 months old. I tried using this TV with a RTX 3090 Kingpin gpu via pc. HDR doesnt work at all,; causes skewing, green coloration and tearing to the point its completely unwatchable/usable. Tv is unable to be changed from the stock 30hz refreah rate. Of changed from ANY setting besides 30hz, (ie 50, 60hz etc lower as well) screen blacks/cuts out at random intervals and, again, makes the screen unwatchable. (Strangely @50hz the screen displays a sepia tone....then randomly cuts out). The 4k display is decent but requires alot of aftermarket tuning in order to color correct/dial in the display. That is the only respite to an otherwise awful TV. Thank goodness i bought the bestbuy 5 year plan because this thing is a big fat citrus.

Great Tv, but has several issues

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The biggest issue I have with the TV is the occasional flickering, I usually just cycle through Game Mode to make it go away. I am using a HDMI 2.1 cable so that shouldn't be causing any issue.Other than that the Film Maker mode is a Godsend.

Great picture

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for streaming and cable shows. I love the Samsung app with all those extra channels. Love the remote with the channel list. Not sure I like the hook up for the cable, it's hard to tighten the cable on, would be better if it was right on the back and not at a angle. It's harder for older people to get too.

Superb SmartTV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this television for my parents, and they could not be happier. The functionality of the smart options is easy for them use, and they have no problem finding additional apps to download, adding them to their Home Screen, and signing into their accounts. Their previous television only had a couple preloaded streaming apps, and using the fire stick was so onerous for my dad, that he only watched Netflix because going to any other app was not functional. Thus, now my dad watches tons of different apps, my mom love the clarity of the picture, and they both love the ease of using different apps/being able to have the apps they use on their television. Overall, my parents and I cannot say enough great things about this SmartTV. Thank you Samsung for producing fabulous looking functional televisions!
