Best quality!

i replaced a different brand tv with this model a couple weeks ago. i cant believe what i've been missing! i have never seen picture quality like this! it's weeks later and i still sit here in shock when i watch it! absolutely love it! i'll be purchasing another tv for our bonus room, and it will be a samsung as well!!

Improved and nicely updated

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We previously owned a Samsung 42 in tv and decided to update to this 43 inch because of all the updates and upgrades. How convenient that this new model has an updated remote with a convenient NETFLIX button. Which I've already used so many times. There are so many cool new features but my favorite by far is the filmmaker mode which is totally new and an amazing upgrade from the older movie scene or I called it aoP opera mode. It was so annoying because the quality was best but that mode that made it look like the camera wS constantly moving and made my eye hurt. Now you can get that awesome picture quality without the moving camera feeling. Bravo samsung I love it!

Good TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Always impressed with Samsung, but did find some deficincies with this model. When attaching my TIVO VIA HDMI it did not recognize it immeidately, as it did with a Samsung Blu-Ray player. Also I find that the processor has a little bit of lag to it when switching from app to app or when trying to select an item there is a lag.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Excellent TV for movies and live sports

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We upgraded from a 60' TV to an 85' TV and what a difference it has been! Everything jumps off the screen, vivid colors with no lagging or pixelization. Samsung Smart View with my Galaxy phone integrates so well for things that must be shared from a cell phone. Most of the streaming service apps are available for download in the built in app store on the TV. It's far surpassed my expectations.

Not what I expected

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is not very bright. The smart tuner loses app sign-in info or ability and the TV has to be unplugged and rebooted to make it right. I would not have expected this from, what is supposed to be, such a good brand. I am very disappointed and will probably go back to Insignia.

Disappointed: Thank you for purchasing the TU7000 TV and for your review. I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with the brightness levels of your picture. If the colors on your TV are correct but just a little too dark or bright you can try the different Picture Modes or manually adjust the Brightness settings to your liking. Dynamic Picture Mode will make pictures brighter and clearer in bright viewing environments. Go to: Settings > Picture > Picture Mode > Dynamic Or manually adjust the Brightness and other settings to your liking. Press the HOME button on your remote, then navigate to: Settings > Picture > Expert Settings You may also want to disable Power Saving Mode which automatically adjusts the brightness to reduce the TV’s power consumption. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Power Saving Mode. Ambient Light Detection will also automatically adjust the brightness level of the TV, according to the ambient light level, to reduce power consumption. If Ambient Light Detection has adjusted the screen brightness to a too bright or dark level, you can select Minimum Brightness to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. Go to Settings> General> Eco Solution> Ambient Light Detection Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings>Support>Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. I hope this helps to improve your picture. Good but not the best

i purchased this tv a year ago when it was on sale during the holidays. the good, 4k is great! the apps are awesome! but as far as regular hd viewing it is decent. the blacks get greyed out on dark scenes in some movies. there is no real “upscaling” as it says it does. for the price it is a decent hd tv. our main viewing tv is a vizeo m series which is a much better viewing tv. but for a basic tv with 4k and smart tv viewing. you cant beat the price when this is on sale!

Excellent picture

Excellent picture, sound, apps, and other options. Don't sleep on this product!

The picture quality's great for the price

Love my TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always been a fan of another brand don't wanna say the name but it starts with an V until a week ago I went out and bought my first Samsung TV. Then I wondered why it took so long For me to buy a Samsung TV. This has to be one of the best TVs I have ever Purchased. I love all the features and all the apps that I can install . I also love the fact then I can add the apps to my homepage gives me easy access to Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and HBO max. The picture that I am getting on this TV is amazing it is so clear crisp and clean. The set up was also very very easy end it was very easy to program the remote control to my cable box. I don't really have anything to complain about this TV except the fact that it took me so long to buy one!!! Thank you for such a wonderful TV at a great price.

Absolutely love the picture and easy to use
