i needed a new tv badly,my current tv is over 12 years old with a picture that comes and goes.i was given the opportunity to get this.boy oh boy,what was was i waiting for? i absolutely love this tv.the picture is so bright, crisp, and vivid.the sound is incredible,i'm hearing everything i've never heard before.i don't have to turn it up,to actually hear anything. i enjoy tye fact that it is all on one remote.less clutter for me,or one less remote to loose. i'm not to tech savy,but this is easy to use for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this tv for the updated app included. Hulu allows you to watch live tv. Although the app has automatically closed for no reason. The video is clear! Ypu may have to customize your setthings to suit your viewing. sound is pretty good but is lower when I cast to my smartphone, so a sound bar is recommended. One small change I'd request is to have the shortcut app buttons on the remote to be customizable. I don't use netflix and would rather have the hulu shortcut. Overall I like the tv, have been a samsung fan for a long time, this is my third tv.

But over the last year the functionality and quality of the picture, audio, features on the television are still working remarkably. I would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for a new TV that's not trying to break the bank to select this model. Not only is it big enough to see the picture and the clarity and quality. But it is also small enough to not take up space in a room.

I love the usage of the Smartthings app to allow me to customize and command my device in multiple ways necessary. My only problem is the reaction it has. When I use the remote or the app to change the channel, scroll through the home menu, or even navigate the apps; the television's reaction time suffers a bit. It is not a huge problem for me personally, but I do push it as a concern. It is a great television for anyone who may see it necessary!

i had to replace my 47 inch tv, so i bought the samsung 50 inch. it was super easy to set up and get my cable and streaming services ready to go. the whole process took about 15 minutes and the directions and the tv made it really easy. i had a little problem adding a streaming service to my tv once i had already set it up but i used the samsung customer service messenger chat and they were able to assist within a minute or two. i just had to look in the apps section on my tv to add the streaming service i needed. the one thing i do find is that i have to turn up the sound a little louder than normal to hear properly (but that could just be me and my ears).

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A snap to set up and get viewing! It took less than a half an hour from unboxing to set up and Samsung has done it again! They are my go-to company for many things and this TV is another favorite. Simple to add to my existing samsung account and add my apps.The picture is so clear and it works with all of my programs and remotes can all be combined into this one. I would definately recommend this to anyone looking for the next set!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv looks very nice and the sound quality is good but unfortunately trying to navigate on it is slow and glitches so you overshoot the streaming service you want. Also it quite often gets disconnected from internet and you have to troubleshoot it. Also the remote is also hard to use. But if you have a fire stick this will solve the problems.
