Price was good, but that's all

slow to connect to apps. disconnects from internet for no reason. freezes during streaming. there also seems to be an issue between this model tv and pandora with constant skipping during songs. this issue has been heavily discussed on pandora's forums. all the issues i mentioned could be related to my internet provider, however, i've had no changes with my provider, so i'm not going to blame them. to me, this is solely related to this television. i usually buy sony but was encouraged by a friend to get a samsung. i should have stayed with what i know. i won't buy samsung again.

Use 5G Wi-Fi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, to optimize the TV’s performance, try running Device Care, which improves your apps performance by freeing up unused cached memory and closing background apps. Not bad for the price, but no Hulu App

the image quality is good for the price. the overall experience is good. but we mostly use streaming services. i had a 42" samsung before, that didn't have the hulu app available. we bough this one because it had the app logo in the box, instead of other brand of similar quality and price. for our surprise, it had almost all the apps we use, except hulu. we have the app on our phones and tables and we can stream it to the tv, but the whole idea on buying this tv was not having to do that. other than that, i wish it had some analog connection for dvd players and audio receivers. it only has 2 hdmi and one audio (optical) 1 usb port and one lan port.

Javier: Thank you for your review of the TU7000 TV. I am very sorry to hear that you are not able to find the Hulu app. First, please make sure you are running the latest firmware version (ver 1401.7) Software updates are regularly released for Samsung products. If possible, you should always update to the latest version to make sure that your device is the best it can possibly be. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings>Support>Software Update Both the current version and new version number will be displayed. The current version is what your TV is using and the new version is the latest update. New updates will be downloaded and installed on your TV. Updates usually take a few minutes; please do not turn off the TV until the update is complete. When the update is finished, the TV will restart automatically. If there aren't any new updates, select OK to exit. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience by selecting > Auto Update. If your app is not available on the home screen, you can search for it and install it. - Press Home, then select the Apps icon - Navigate to the top and select the Search icon (magnifying glass) - Type Hulu in the search bar and install the app Note: You may need to cold reboot the TV for Hulu to load this version (5.3.262) To cold reboot the TV: While the TV is on, press and hold the power button on the remote until the TV turns off and then back on. I love this tv.

It's crystal clear easy to use and it comes with free install apps that really come in handy When I want to just come home and watch TV. Everything works really easy when trying to connect it with your Samsung phone. My favorite feature about this TV is being able to screen mirror my phone to the TV. Samsung makes it really easy to do that when You already have a Samsung phone. I love Samsung I have the TV the phone to watch I am a Samsung man lol.

Excellent Television at a great price!

This one has a much better picture resolution and fits perfectly in my living room. I am very happy that I decided to upgrade from my last model and will always by Samsung as I feel they make the best tv's.

TV Great! Hate remote and base.

the tv is great, but too smart for us. we're in our 70's. we hate the remote. why all the numbers and small small buttons???? we had to go back to using a firestick. samsung doesn't make/offer a simpler remote. also, we hate the stand . our old samsung came with a very sturdy and useful swivel base. this one is plastic and ugly and doesn't swivel. again, they should make options.

Great Features

It also comes with Samsung TV plus with lotta channels such that whenever you are tired of Netflix, you can just scroll through the guide and pick up any channel you choose. It's also sleek and connects pretty quickly to the internet plus the pictures are crazzzzzyyy. I urge everyone to get this.

Great t.v.

I have trouble seeing without my glasses but the TV is big enough and clear that I can see better than most TV's. The sound is great the picture can be bad sometimes but I think it just is based on how old the movie is and what app I use but I absolutely love the fact I can have all the apps I use on this TV and all in one place for easy clicking

Bluetooth Included

the tu7000 is a great, feature rich tv. i bought this tv because it includes bluetooth. my hearing impairment requires that i use a headset while watching tv. the tu7000 allows the tv speakers and the bluetooth device to work simultaneously. also, the set will automatically connect with the headset if the headset is powered on before you power on the tv . . . nice!
