Perfect Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Samsung Tv replaced my old 40inch Tv. Wow what difference!. I love the sleek design of this tv. The picture quality is way better than expected with a Clear picture and vibrant colors. The sound quality on this TV is up to par and sounds great and good enough for my bedroom. Great features for a smart tv and it was an easy set up. The remote is pretty simple To use. I did have one issue. Samsung doesn't have the smart apps I use to watch sports like Peacock Tv and FuboTV but the good thing is you can mirror it to the tv so that's a plus. I haven't used the Alexa feature yet due to I don't own and Alexa Device in my home Yet! Over all I'm very satisfied with this TV and I'm very Happy!

Pretty good overall

It's great for everything except that sometimes it's really slow and the remote stops working and when I move the tv, it starts glitching and restarts. I am a little worried about the longevity of the device. But if it's lasts then it was definitely worth the purchase.

To optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. I hope this helps to solve your concerns. Beautiful Crystal Clear Viewing

Display and sound great but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Picture looks outstanding and impress how loud it is compared to previous Samsung TV i had. However, within the first 30 days starting having power issues in which the TV won't turn on. What surprised me as well is that the TV does not have a power button on tv, so when tv would not turn on with either cable remote or Samsung remote, I had to unplug the the TV from power source for tv to turn on. I already had to do this at least 5 times! Not happy with this since I purchased as a replacement Samsung because of power issues.

You may want to try the following troubleshooting steps: (1) Make sure that the AC power cord is securely plugged in to the TV and the wall outlet. (2) Make sure that the wall outlet is working and the power indicator at the bottom of the TV is lit and glowing a solid red. If it is off, the TV either does not have power, or it is on and the screen is black. If it is blinking, your TV may need service. (3) Try pressing the TV Controller button at the bottom of the TV to make sure that the problem is not with the remote control. consumer unfriendly

i purchased the samsung purposely because it was suppose to stream a couple of the streaming companies i belong to and my pervious tv didn't but it is so difficult to us i have not been able to watch much of anything except the digital regular channels... the picture is ok but nothing to crow about.. the only thing i like better than any of my previous tv's i can read the display when i change channels to know if i want to watch that channel

Love Iy

The graphics on games like Minecraft, Grand Theft Auto, and Dark Souls are amazing. All of my favorite apps like Hulu, Netflix, and Prime are available and Samsung provides their tv at no cost. I recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their media experience.

picture gave out in 6 months

i bought a tv in november of 2020...it is now july 2021 and i am unable to enjoy my tv...the picture has gone out and has a black screen. unbelievable that already it has quit. i probably wont waste my time or money on buying another one. i'm going on a month now waiting for parts to be delivered and to be repaired.

All around amazing

To be able to program my remote to other devices takes away the hassle of needing multiple remotes everywhere. Several streaming options without the hesitation of changing devices or sources

Nice budget priced TV

bought this to replace a 58" samsung 6000 series in my living room while moving the old one to our bedroom. picture quality and color are superb, sound is not nearly as good as our 58" but we paired it with a sound bar so not a deal breaker. the biggest downfall is lack of inputs, only 2 hdmi and no rca jacks. i also miss the front / easy to access "game" inputs of tvs past for hooking up random things temporarily. overall a great buy. we have the same tv in 50 and 55" sizes for other bedrooms and they are equally as nice with the same so so sound output.

Issues with the volume

Love the color but you have to raise the volume to the max. Tech came said no problem with tv. Unfortunately I am returning it, keeping the volume between 80 to 100 will wind up blowing the speakers in the tv. I have 3 Samsung tv no problem with the sound on older sets. Very disappointed.
