Great picture and works well with my soundbar!

Outstanding

Rich vivid colors. Comparing this model side by side in the store with models twice as much,I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. Samsung brand has given me the confidence of a tv that will last for many years without any technical issues. It is a smart tv for a smart shopper. You can't go wrong.

This is a great overall tv for a good price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this tv for a couple of weeks now and it has been a great experience. The picture quality is nice and crisp. It's what you would except from a “crystal” display. Movies look great in 4K. I'd recommend to a friend!

Not as smart as you'd think...

first let me say that i love the picture quality which i expect from a samsung tv. what let me way down is the smart operating system. when i turn the tv on there's an annoying menu that pops up and it won't go away unless you hit the back button. it only has 2 hdmi ports which i didn't think much of until i had to plug in my xbox, sound bar, and an unexpected chromecast. way too many buttons on the remote, difficulty navigating options and setting menus... the list goes on. bottom line: it's my fault i didn't look more into the features before purchasing but there are certain things i've come to assume about modern tech, ease of use being one of them.

Positive Experience

The picture is far clearer than any TV I've ever owned. Also we are enjoying the free TV package that comes with the set. I would have given a 5 Star rating but I've been disappointed to not be able to use the mirror imaging from my iPhone 10X. I get audio but no Video.

Better than average. Suits my needs

yes, it is slow to react to the cable remote. i thought it was the remote, but after the second replacement, i'm sure it's the tv. that being said, the tv picture is very good. it's super clear. i'm not very techie and it's easy to use, connect to my sound bar and to connect an external bluetooth speaker to. i'm happy with it.

65 inch samsung 4k tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My television has a very clear and crisp screen. The only complaint that I have is that every now and then the sound goes off. You can turn the volume up but it doesn't come back on until you turn the set off and turn it back on.

Great price, great picture

All my electronics have been Samsung no issues with phones or TVs. I just wished the remote controls with come with a lited face dial, so that way you could use at night, it is hard to see functions at night.

Nice but light bleeding on bottom blacks.

we moved into a new place back in may and after watching the tv at night i noticed a light coming through the bottom. only can tell when the bottom color is black or very dark. then it somehow seemed to get worse over the past 2 months. in the picture you can see how light seems to be bleeding through at the bottom where the color is true black. besides this the tv is nice.

Please the following troubleshooting steps: 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem with the picture, or Show again to see the picture a second time. 2.
