Lasted exactly 1 year then died

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have several Samsung TVs and generally they are pretty good. This unit was lightly used and the screen went out at almost exactly 1 year of use. The sound still works so it is like the good old days of staring at a radio.

Please know we are here to help you. If your TV has a black screen even when it's on, it's entirely possible it could be your external device and not your TV. Please try these troubleshooting steps for your blank screen issue: 1. Press the Home button on the remote. If the menu appears, the TV is powered on but is either not on the correct source or not receiving a signal. If the menu does not appear, the TV may be having power issues. Check the red standby light, a little red light at the edge of the TV that you aim the remote at. In normal use, the red standby light is on when the TV is off (indicating the TV is on standby), and the red standby light is off when the TV is in use (or doesn't have power). 2. Confirm the TV is set to the same source as the external device. For instance, if your cable box is connected to HDMI 1, set the TV source to HDMI 1. If the TV is set to the correct source but there is still no image, unplug and reconnect the AV connections one cable at a time from both ends of each cable. If there's any damage to the cable, it will need to be replaced. After reconnecting the external device, could you turn it off and back on? 3. Test the HDMI cable. Some TVs have an HDMI cable test. Some models only have this test after a software update, and older models do not have it. If your model does not have this test or is not connected by HDMI, skip to the next step. The test is designed for HDMI cords less than 6 feet long and may not give accurate results on longer cords. To perform the test, make sure the TV's source is still on the HDMI setting for the cable you want to test, and then navigate to Settings > Support > Self Diagnosis > Signal Information > HDMI Cable Test > Start Test. If the test says, the cable is bad, replace the cable. Service is not required. 4. Test different external devices. The final thing to rule out is the external device you're using. Try connecting to a different device or using a different source port. If you were unable to test the cable in the previous step, then try swapping the cable, too. If the TV can display a picture in any other setup, then you've ruled the TV out as the cause of the issue. Keep trying various setups until you identify the device or cable that is not working and troubleshoot or replace it. If the issue persists after these steps, then the TV will need service. This tv is from the heavens!

I'm also beast mode when it comes to gaming! This tv is so great I went and got another one for my living room! Now everyone can enjoy the fun and features.

Clear and perfect size for a 1 bedroom apartment

Easy tv set up once on, beautiful clear screen. So worth it. I picked up from store after I purchased online and had trouble putting the tv upright as recommended since the tv cannot lay flat on transport. Luckily I had help and was able to fit in the large trunk upright, did not fit in the back seats upright at all. I would consider delivery from the location next time. Other then that all is great and I'm satisfied!

Crystal Clear Picture And Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung TU700 Crystal UHD 4K Smart TV     In my house we only use Samsung because they are a well known and trusted brand . I can easily say I am not disappointed with this TV ! The TV was Fast and crystal clear , the only lag was when using Amazon prime video but all other applications were lag free . I watched some 4K TV and then regular TV both were crystal clear and had excellent sound. This new Samsung TV can be controller easily with the use of a tablet or smart phone and I was able to scroll thru Netflix with just my tablet and even turn my TV on and off  just by clicking on my tablet.       You'll no longer struggle to screw and unscrew the TV legs when moving , as the legs now simply snap in and you just pull to release them .       One thing I want to mention and this to me is the only downside was on my old Samsung TV we had 3 HDMI ports , this new TV only comes with 2 ports , so you may end up needing a splitter.

Television Has Great Features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We use this for viewing movies, sports, and streaming. The set that this replaced was good at least I thought it was. I bought a Samsung for my son for Xmas and discovered how mine paled in comparison. I purchased this one for myself and couldn't believe the difference and how much better it is. The picture quality is so clear, the blacks in the background are black, and the bluetooth feature is an added bonus. I've always been partial to Samsung products. My first big screen was a 56" DLP and worked great for 12 years until I sold it to buy my prior 65" and it still had the original bulb in it. I currently have this TU7000 tv, T50M sound bar, and Samsung blu-ray player. They all complement each other for a great viewing and sound experience.

Quality TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The display is great, HD is clear. The Tv operates quickly between pages and doesn't glitch. Lots of available apps, and the sound of the internal speakers is pretty great honestly so I haven't found a need for additional speaker systems unless you want the subs for music. Pretty great purchase overall for the cost, I'm happy I got this one!

First 4k TV

This TV works flawlessly and I love how I can use Airplay and Dex on here. It has the apps I want and need and provides exceptionally detailed videos when playing my games or watching YouTube in HDR content.

Just Absolutely Amazing TV!!!

Great all-rounder
