The TV starts to show blurry at times not sure if it's the TV or the internet connection. I'm in the process of running a hard line to the TV. None of my other TV acts this way. Also the new TV also freezes up a lot when we're fast forwarding through commercials on recorded shows. These issues has disappointed my experience with Samsung TV's

If you notice blurring or juddering on the screen, use the Picture Clarity Settings function to resolve the issue. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am more than satisfied by the product I bought this past summer. This smart TV is very easy to set up and has all the features I was looking for! There is so much to explore with this product as it has many features. I loved the easy accessibility to a great variety of applications and Samsung TV. I was new to Samsung TV, but I enjoy flipping through all the great content. Its sleek and thin frame gives its a modern look which looks great in my living room. The remote control has a convenient Netflix button that acts a great shortcut. Let's also not forget about its voice recognition system integrated in the remote to make your TV navigation easier. I recently recommended this product to my cousin and now he owns one of his own!
Great picture quality

I do think the sound quality could be better, because I do have to turn it up at max volume just to reasonably hear it, I didn't have to do that with my Samsung 65 inch tv. I do like the clarity of the screen however. The pictures are real clear
Glad I bought two
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had several different brands of tv's over the years and I've had real good luck with Samsung. I read everything on the new crystal processor and thought to give it a try. after all it's a Samsung. I was so impressed with my 43 inch that I went ahead and bought a 55 inch crystal for the living room. Picture is great, sounds good (could be better with a sound bar), and I'm completely satisfied and figure money well spent.
Quality for a lesser price
personally this was my first television i've bought as an adult & wasn't looking into breaking the bank yet wanted a comfortable priced 4k tv. looked into various for a week & of course they have some for a bit more, but for my usage it's perfect! will defintely be buying more samsung electronics aside from already having the s22 ultra, oh it will also connect to your samsung device to use as a remote etc.
Live TV
apparently at 56 years of age i've never really owned a television. at least this one makes me feel that way. we finally traded in our old (but at the time, very expensive) dlp television because we got tired of replacing bulbs and it was omitting a constant buzzing sound. sure it was huge and had great color, but this...we plugged in our new crystal tv and were blown away! the picture was so clear, i felt like we were watching live tv! even old sit-coms came to life and looked theater quality. i wish we had replaced our old one years ago. now we have to rewatch all of our epic movies again on this electronic marvel!
Amazing tech

I can't say enough about the picture. Realistic and beautiful colors. The software is smooth and brings enjoyment to the entire family.
Overall it is a good buy
i purchased this tv about a month ago after my tv (also a samsung) died. i selected this model as the picture is crisp and vibrant. the reason i rated only 3 stars is because there is s few glitches. the first one is a frozen screen. i have to back out entirely and reselect the movie or show i was watching. the second glitch happens when i rewind. if i need to rewind close to the beginning of a show or movie, it stops rewinding and starts a different show or movie from the next suggested one. i also wish that the remote was backlit. if i watch in bed with my lights out, i have trouble seeing the keys resulting in numerous oops moments. aside from the lighted remote suggestion, i hope that the software glitches are worked out soon. if not i may need to return this one.

Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Enjoying my TV!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am old school, grew up with Black and White TV's and rabbit ear antennas and climbing onto the roof while my father yelled turn the antenna more! Ok that's it right there HOLD it! Then I would try to tighten and secure it until some high gust of wind knocks it out again! Even with all my effort we still only got about 7 channels pretty clear(and we lived not to far from a big city!)Did I mention that I was the remote! I can still remember my father saying something to the effect of "hey I don't want to watch this crap, go change the channel"(with a funny attitude, not mean). I tell you all this to bring you up to 2020 and my wife and I upgrading from a 27 inch beast to our nice looking slim 43 inch wonderful Samsung TV! It has a super clear picture, wide range of smart features(hooking up with my phone or computer etc.), and I get many channels just from Samsung TV! My remote works so well that even when I am not pointing it at the TV it does it's job! Blue ray looks Great on it and it makes my wife happy so what else could I need! All in all it is a great TV and I really am enjoying it!
