Seamlessly Smart

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am truly enjoying my experience with the Samsung Smart TV that I purchased. The pictures are crystal clear, the sound is great and the graphics look amazing for my video games as well as the movies I watch. While everything is turning out to be better than advertised, the best part of my experience has been the initial setup. All I had to do was plug in the Smart TV and it did the rest of the work. In 5 minutes, everything was set and I didn't have to make any adjustments. Samsung went above and beyond on their product and I appreciate them giving me an awesome experience.

More problematic than smart

bought this tv hoping to have a full solution for all my streaming apps. not the case. apps often display erratic behavior. tv's os is surprisingly slow for a linux platform too. picture quality is good. but needed to buy a roku, essentially rendering this tv as “dumb” and wasting some cash.

The issue with the Apps may be related to your network connection and quality. We suggest you try the following: 1. Use 5G WiFi if possible 2. Try wired LAN if available 3. Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to: Settings > Support > Software Update. You may want to enable automatic updates for conveniences. Select Settings- Support- Software Update, then select Auto Update. Additionally, to optimize the smart TV performance, please try Device Care option under the Support Menu. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care. 55"tu7000 crystal uhd 4k smart TV

I'm wondering on how Samsung can get any further on technology when it comes to smart televisions because this one right here just tops the cake. Picture Perfect

This is our 4th Samsung TV purchase (since Fall 2007) and we still use the other 3. We are very loyal to Samsung!

I love my samsungs

I have an Xbox series X hooked to two of them and an Xbox One X hook to the Third. They are all so amazing I will always and forever own Samsung televisions Samsung phones Samsung tablet Samsung everything thanks for making such an amazing product and such an amazing prices.

Problems

I bought this TV in 2020 and it has problems all time. I have to unplug the power all the time to fix the problems. This week of Oct 3. 2023 it has had no sound, network card, does not want to connect to my Samsung soundbar. I have had nothing but trouble and this goes on weekly. Every firmware update creates another set of problems. I hope my new NEO Samsung is better.

Go to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis > Reset Smart Hub. Regarding having no sound, please try these steps: 1) Please check the volume control of your TV, and then check the volume control of any external devices (cable box or satellite box, DVD, Blu-ray, etc.) connected to your TV. Also, check the cable connection between any external devices and the TV and then try the cable connection again. 2) Set Sound Output to the TV Speaker by going to Settings > Sound > Sound Output. 3) Check whether Digital Output Audio Format is set to Pass-Through by going to Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Digital Output Audio Format > Auto. Best tv for everyone

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love everything about this tv. I've used several smattered tv's but this is the best. From easy installation and set up to display. I have no prior knowledge of TV set up but I was able to set this up within 5mins using the instruction attached. The display and graphics is 100%. It has several free stations. When I do not know where the control is I just use the SmartThings app on my phone and it works perfectly fine just like the remote. You wouldn't regret buying this. This is the best smart tv ever, I'm sure anyone who buys this will never regret purchasing it.

Best TV so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was using another brand for a while thinking that it was the best one, but when I got this tv for a great price and bigger, for some reason the movies look more realistic, the frames never go down and the sound quality is perfect! Im never letting this tv go, I have been using it since it came out in 2020 and I never had any problems with it! I Greatly Recommend it!

Great features plus bonus Samsung Channels!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First of all, the thing I love most about this TV, is that to mirror my Samsung Galaxy S10, I just have to tap it to the TV. Honestly, it is the coolest feature by far. It's as easy as tapping your credit card to pay. I love all the extra Samsung channels and the extreme variety that comes with them. The streaming services are as easy to use as pressing the button to each corresponding service on the remote. I have not just one, but three of these TVs now, because of these features alone. If anyone asked me what kind of TV I would pick for my next purchase, from now till anytime in the future, my response will sincerely forever be "a Samsung".
