Could be better

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The way the home screen is set up is confusing and not easy to navigate. It is not easy to find and download apps, I couldn't even find a specific app that should be available. Also, after about 2-3 months of use, a horizontal line showed up in the middle of the screen that won't go away.

To assist you in learning the various features, functions, and settings of the TV and Remote, you can download the User Manual and Remote Guide directly from Samsung's website under 'Support' (top right corner) > Manuals & Software > TVs & Home Theater. From there, you can search for the TU7000 under Crystal UHD TVs > T Model Lineup. In regards to the horizontal line on your screen. First, let's make sure your firmware is up to date. To do so, head to Settings > Support > Software Update. From there, you can easily update if needed. Next, 1. Run a Picture Test on the TV. Navigate to Settings, select Device Care, and then select Self Diagnosis. Select Picture Test, select OK and then view the test. You can choose Yes if the picture looks normal, No if there is a problem, or Show again to see the image a second time. 2. Determine if lines are appearing during the Picture Test. Look for a line or lines on the screen during the Picture Test. If there are no lines, this means your TV is working fine. To identify and fix the issue, try replacing the cable of the external device that is showing lines. - If the lines still appear after replacing the cable, troubleshoot the external device. - If lines appear during the Picture Test, proceed to the next step. 3. Request service if lines appear during the Picture Test. Please visit our Support Center to request service if you see lines during the Picture Test. When calling, ensure you have the TV's model code, software version, and serial number. You can contact us at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8 AM - 12 AM EST, seven days a week. Great smart things app

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love using the smart things app to power on & off when my dog is home alone. It helps with having piece of mind you know. I also use the mirror to tv from my phone to tv. I really like this cause not everything is on my roku or my menu bar apps. So if i have a movie from phone or pictures or videos from a trip I just mirror it . Its simple & easy. Also I like the 4k upscaling. Sometimes i watch old movies & shows with old quality & it works great bringing the picture to better resolution.

Amazing Color and Features

Best in quality and price!

Great!

Great features and awesome performance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The game mode feature works incredibly well. Very happy with the clarity and the performance of this TV. The smart features are intuitive and there are plenty of apps that are well integrated. Setting up the TV was very straight forward. The remote also works very well, simple and has plenty of reach. Actually looking at buying a second one to replace our 75".

Great TV and service

i had to replace my 47 inch tv, so i bought the samsung 50 inch. it was super easy to set up and get my cable and streaming services ready to go. the whole process took about 15 minutes and the directions and the tv made it really easy. i had a little problem adding a streaming service to my tv once i had already set it up but i used the samsung customer service messenger chat and they were able to assist within a minute or two. i just had to look in the apps section on my tv to add the streaming service i needed. the one thing i do find is that i have to turn up the sound a little louder than normal to hear properly (but that could just be me and my ears).

2 things you should know

2 things you should know. when you 1st turn on the tv, and want to load a specific app, it is very hard to tell which app you have highlighted to click. 2ndly, - fast forward, rewind, pause, play btns are all at the bottom. It's very difficult to hold the remote at the very bottom, and press those keys. i have tried to buy another remote, but anything that will sync w samsung, those keys are at the bottom.

You can make the TV's menu easier to see with High Contrast mode, which displays all menus with an opaque black background and a white font so that text can be more easily read. 1) From the Home screen, navigate to and select Settings. 2) Select General, and then select Accessibility. 3) Select High Contrast to turn it on and change the menu, or select it again to change the menu back to its original appearance. Picture quality is stunning.

High Quality 4K UHD TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my TV with the expectation of upgrading my regular TV viewing experience and that's exactly what I've done. My TV is crystal clear - pun intended - and makes regular HD content, that much better. If you've got 4K content to watch, this TV is for you; it'll even make 1080p and 1440p look better imo. It's got all the apps you could want including Apple TV (if you're wondering) as well as the free Samsung TV service which is ad supported TV and movies but free and already on your TV. The only things I would say are 'bad' are sometimes my TV won't recognize a device that's using an always on mode and I'll have to hard reset the device for it to be recognized; and, if you're into high fps gaming/gaming videos, the TV experiences pretty noticable motion blur. That being said, I am very happy with my purchase.
