it worked fine the first day i had it and wouldn't come on at all after that. samsung had someone come and fix it. i still have some issues. had to do a factory reset 3 times already because the colors get really bad. i like iot a lot when it doesn't mess up

Overall it is a good buy

i purchased this tv about a month ago after my tv (also a samsung) died. i selected this model as the picture is crisp and vibrant. the reason i rated only 3 stars is because there is s few glitches. the first one is a frozen screen. i have to back out entirely and reselect the movie or show i was watching. the second glitch happens when i rewind. if i need to rewind close to the beginning of a show or movie, it stops rewinding and starts a different show or movie from the next suggested one. i also wish that the remote was backlit. if i watch in bed with my lights out, i have trouble seeing the keys resulting in numerous oops moments. aside from the lighted remote suggestion, i hope that the software glitches are worked out soon. if not i may need to return this one.

I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your TV glitching. Your TV has several self-diagnosis tools built in that can help solve problems with signal, network, picture, or sound. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care You may also want to clear out your TV's temporary storage space by pressing and holding the Power button for 6 seconds until your TV turns off and back on again. Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Great features

Attractive sleek style fits any decor. Being a senior citizen Samsung makes life easier without complex electronics. I have a 10 year old 32" Samsung that has had no problems what do ever in our bedroom which we stream on. Very loyal Samsung customer! !

Loooovee the picture quality

Easy hook up, great picture!!!

Got a great deal on this TV. I love the 55” screen, but it has a few dark areas. Very good picture and sound. Very easy to hook up. We don't use cable and it streams very well. Already own two Samsung TV's, and will own another when our old TV stops working.

Great quality TV for a low price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I simply love my Samsung TV, this is the 3rd TV that I buy, from a 65" to this 43". The image quality is great, I have compared it with a VIZIO and SHARP tv's that I also own and I must say that Crystal HD is great. The sound is not bad at all, features on the TV are great! Pretty easy to follow when it comes to settings and all that, however, the only thing that lacks is the VIVID option under the display option. Cool, Warm and Natural can be selected but Vivid is what I have on the other tv's and other devices. Again, it's just one feature that this TV doesn't have. Other than that, the TV is great.

Samsung can take my money!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay.. so I just wanna make this quick and simple since I know y'all have a bunch of reviews to go through BUT all I can say about this TV after owning it for a couple of months now is that everything is RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU! From channels, apps, programs and other features this things has is completely off the top. I was flabbergasted when I found out I can download apps on here lol but overall it's 10/10 would recommend for sure to someone if they ever need a TV.

Has been a great t.v.

Hate the remote

Picture is fine but I hate the remote. Way to many buttons to deal with and too many steps needed to get to the sleeper timer. I have had and have currently Samsung tvs with good result but with this particular model I hate the remote. Other Samsung models have better and simpler ones.

Best smart tv

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I went to get a new tv I shopped around for a bit and considered other brands but after seeing how happy my uncle and brother were with their Samsung tvs I decided to buy one myself and I was glad I did. The features are awesome and the quality is unparalleled. I bought this tv for my den and if I ever need (want) another tv for another room I will definitely be buying Samsung.
