A great Samsung Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Review of the 65” Samsung Smart TV UN65TU7000F. I like the way you remove the box and the TV is supported with form and how it allows you to lift the set out with ease. I really liked the easy set-up of the TV. I didn't use the Smart things because I have my whole system set up with another control Hub. The TV has many great Apps to download; I really like the Samsung TV Plus with a ton of free channels (almost able to cut the cord). I use the following Apps YouTube, Spectrum, Hulu and Sirius XM every day without any problems. The quality of the picture is great and you are able to even fine tune it in to your own preference. I also had a great time using the Xbox and WII with the TV. I have a Bluetooth keyboard hooked up to the TV which works great for signing into your accounts and web. Also have Bluetooth headphones and a wireless speaker hooked up (when using the speaker you can have the sound coming from the TV and have the speaker in another room to still hear the TV). This Samsung Smart TV is a Great Tv with very good picture quality and great smart features. Be sure to check for any firmware updates

Great TV

I don't understand why people have problems with this TV. If you follow instructions carefully there's NP with it . IT works fine. The moment I got it and connected it with my cable and internet. it worked with np .. even the remote connected with my cable and it worked together with my cable all I use is one remote for everything I dont even have to use the remote that came with my cable. Picture is awesome its go clear. color works great. Sound is great. I connected my Bose system it was even better. I got no green spots like other people did either. I love the TV.

Great TV, Horrible User Interface

the tv itself is fantastic. great picture quality. but the user experience is awful. i've been an appletv user for far too long and the remote control, apps and ui are horrific. the most annoying feature is the samsung tv feature which seems to force one of their random channels on you. the built in apps can't be removed. i ended up deleting as many apps as i could and logged out of the samsung features. that seemed to help dumb things down a bit. occasionally the tv says my appletv has powered off, but it hasnt. when you set a sleep timer it doesn't take into account that you have an active stream from the appletv so you have to scramble for the remote.

Great picture quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung 65 in crystal UHD TV has such a nice clear picture quality and will adjust as needed to get best screen quality. I do like the legs on this since it gives it a sturdy structure to hold it without the worry of it tipping over. Setup was extremely easy to do which is always a plus for me. I do like that i did not need to download apps since they are already on there. This tv is great for more than watching your favorite shows, this is great for gaming as well as streaming. Im very pleased with the quality and sound.

Do not buy this TV

this tv is garbage. it is flimsy and the screen cracked by simply moving it. stay away from this tv. it is fragile and sansung will not take care ot it. it is physical damage. i have probably moved 20 tvs around in my life and no issues. this one is made of egg shells.

This t.v is amazing

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was impressed with this t.v as soon as I pulled it out of the box. The t.v is very well made and is beautiful. The t.v was easy to set up and I really like the fact that the power cord is able to be hidden. The t.v comes preloaded with quite a few apps already installed. Setting up the Samsung account was quick and opens up so many other options and apps. The picture is Crystal clear. The detail that can be see is spectacular. H.D and antenna channels come in clear. The speakers provide a decent amount of volume, wish they were louder for watching movies though. Automatic software update is nice, plug in and forget. So far I am in love with my t.v.

Full Loaded Mega Smart TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my Second-time owner of Samsung SmartTV. I am always truly impressed Samsung product line, Samsung 2020 TV line was no shortage. This Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65” has to a lot offer. For starters, the entire bezel of the TV frame is extremely minimum almost no existent just like today's high-end smartphone! Which allows for a much more immersive view of the 65" 4K vivid HDR display. The first-time set-up and configuration of the TV were easy and straight forwards and even voice activation works immediately to guide you through the already simple process and additionally allows for ease of customization for flexibly! Secondly, out of the box, the SmartTV comes with dozens of ready to use apps and internet streaming services including Samsung TV Plus Store and local channels for free through internet TV with major networks like FOX, USA Today, Popular Mechanics..etc that doesn't require any additional attachments or cable boxes. Which is very convenient such as Prime video is my primary movie and TV streaming app! Thirdly, sound quality is superior, loud, very crisp, and distinct that captures fine details and sounds, creating a much more in-depth TV experience similar to a movie theater! Concluding this review I would highly recommend the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65”.

Nope

after turning off tv next day has disconnected from wifi, did software update, no change.switched to roku which stays connected to wifi. has serious lag when watching football.had zero issues with previous tv while streaming live tv. really regret buying this tv. have owned it less than a month,will be returned.

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (WiFi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance by running the Device Care option under the Support Menu. Always Too Dark, Software Problem

i am returning this tv, because it is almost unwatchable during the day. the screen is so dim that you can only make out rough details during dark scenes. i googled the problem, tried every single possible setting, and contacted customer support and nothing fixed it. finally, some service techs came and told me that it is a problem with the hdr feature when the content you are watching is in 4k. they said that there is no fix for it because samsung says it is a “feature”. they showed me a movie that only had hd (not 4k) to show me the difference and it was very clear. apparently this has been reported to samsung, but they do nothing about it. why would i want a tv that has an inherent problem that makes the tv basically unwatchable that i know will never be fixed?

The best tv I ever brought in my life

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got the Samsung TU7000 Crystal UHD TV 65 and I'm so impressed and blown away how amazing the picture looks. It was easy to assemble and also easy to hook up to my devices. My phone,video game console,and laptop are connected to it and even that was easy to do. This tv is the best tv I have ever brought so far in my life hands down. My friends can't even go pass the tv without stopping to look at it. The apps on it makes things also alot easier so I don't even need to use my phone or video game console to connect so I can use them myself and my son can watch his apps he likes. Its the best of both worlds ever since I got the tv and it's been the best investment I made since. I think anybody that has a chance to get this tv should. The sound even is phenomenal and I haven't even turn the volume up halfway yet. All my devices run through this tv so even when I lose the remote control,like I always do I can use my other devices to turn my tv on or change the channel. It needs wifi and internet connection to use these extra features but even without internet you still won't be disappointed. I strongly recommend getting this awesome and amazing Samsung tv and trust me you won't regret it. I sure dont and I promise you,You won't either.
