I love the picture quality and color depth

it was easy to set up snd the unit was very light versus my old plasma u it which was almost 90 pounds. i was able to use my existing wall mount which helped saved me any additional spending. it was a breeze to set up the wireless system and add my other accounts to the tv. great product so far, thank you.

Value

this tv is perfect for the price. it has a great picture. however i have found some issues with it detecting wifi internet. i have owned this tv for a little over one year and i am only capable of accessing the internet features of this tv using a cat cable directly plugged in. other than that the tv is great for the money!

Try repositioning the router so there are no obstacles between your TV and the router Please also be sure you are running the latest firmware. You can check to see what software version your TV is using and if there is an available update through the settings on your TV. Go to Settings > Support > Software Update. Great TV for a Great Price!

I like it

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I just started to stream with this TV, mostly Tubi and YouTube and 4K looks pretty good. I'm a visual type of guy so I am pleased with the quality. Pressing buttons however lags a bit sometimes, but you know it still detects it. Wish the UI was smoother and easier to navigate. Sound isn't that great, but what TV does good there? All in all it rocks, with my surround speakers, in my small apartment.

Best TV I've ever bought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the new tv and all the features that it has! Was extremely impressed by all of the available apps that are on the Tv. I have my TV linked to everything and it's a the perfect TV for my game system. I can't wait to play the ps5 on this TV in a few months! I would of bought two but the price is kind of steep. We just moved into a new house so that's the main reason this TV was bought. I just need a sound system then my media area will be complete in the basement.

Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first experience in purchasing a Samsung TV. It was the 55 inch tv and I had it for a year and 1/2. Last week it died. I couldn't believe that after only a year and 1/2 it no longer worked. I always purchased another brand and had no problem with them dying. Only replacing when new technology came out. This will be the last time I purchase a Samsung TV.

Overall this TV has great features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wouldn't change much about this TV at all, the only two downsides I've found are minimal. One being the remote, as a man with larger fingers I find myself hitting multiple buttons at once and this results in me accidentally hitting the exit button on multiple occasions. Secondly, the apps to choose from are great but it is missing some apps that I have on another smart TV that I would like to see included.

Great price/quality/features TV

This TV has very convenient and fast Tizen OS, with all streaming apps, I mainly use Youtube, Netflix, HBO, Prime and Disney Casting videos from mobile phone is also very convenient and reliable, no hiccups. Screen is bright, colors are vivid, good sound with no distortions

Single button for control is a slap in the face

I've owned this TV for around a year, and it has been decent. I had to have the unit repaired as it randomly turned off since I got it while in use, the screen would fade to black and sound would cease for moments up to several seconds. The picture also was locked out of 10 point color settings like the review units had, and only allowed me to use 2 point settings to correct the jarring redness. My biggest complaint is the fact that it has one button. Any manufacturer using a single button has nothing but contempt for their consumers, and it certainly reminds me that Samsung views me buying this cheap TV as a peasant not deserving of a simple joystick (an AMAZING navigation feature on my S series Samsung monitor I've had for years and years with only a single dead pixel.) or *gasp* 4-5 buttons on the actual tv. Had to facilitate the repair of a 65 inch version as well, so I'd give it at least 3 stars, as they did have a great warranty, which is why I still recommend this TV over other brands, as Samsung will at least make it right for sure.
