This is a great TV!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my TV for watching mostly live sports and nature. I also do a fair share of gaming. The next gen systems that are currently available look magnificent on this TV. Deep colors and wonderful graphics. Live sports look amazing and the detail that you can see during live programming is incredible. Watching nature is my favorite and even though most shows do not broadcast in 4K it still looks amazing and if I stream 4K video it almost looks like I am sitting right there. I also love the ease of using the Smart View feature with my Samsung phone. This TV for the price was an offer I could not refuse and I'm glad I didn't ignore my gut feelings. Only downside is that the TV needs more than 2 HDMI inputs.

Samsung 4K 50" TV

have only had this tv for two days; but, picture & sound quality are great. setup somewhat easy, problems with getting to stream in local channels in our area. difficulty getting account setup through tv. still have things to work through as we are not used to having a smart tv, had an analog for several years. wish there were more detailed instructions with tv as well as a channel guide(paper)

Premium color and picture great price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The color and picture quality are excellent, and so is the sound quality. I had a tech person install the TV as I am not a tech person. The remote is not user friendly if one does not understand the meaning of each icon, but there is a simple video to explain it very easily. Overall excellent choice.

My TV wasn't listed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm supposed to review my TV but it wasn't an option so I had to select a different one. I have the 2015 65in curved 4K UHD TV. It is good but the picture is dull compared to new TVs. It's not compatible with Smart Things which is a problem for how I have my home set up.

Best purchase of my life!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv is the best TV I have ever own and personally my favorite top of the line brand that can't be beat by anything else on the market by far. I own all samsung products and a cool thing about this spectacular tv is it syncs with my samsung fridge alerting me when the doors are open on my refrigerator. The factory sound system is top of the line and very clear with an excellent audio output that I have not heard on a tv I've owned before this. I will never buy another brand but samsung.

Great picture

the image quality is great and i'm definitely enjoying my 58” tv, but i will admit it has some quirks. especially on the home menu the remote seems to lag then speed up when selecting things so i occasionally open the wrong app. it also seems to dislike netflix as the app often gets an error and reloads. by often i mean almost every time i open netflix. i consider these things very minor inconceniences.

Great clarity

A big screen at last

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My first Large TV ever and now I get what the hype is for. It's so nice to see everything on a big screen at home in detail. And the convenience of being signed into every app on your TV! And there's free TV and movies that Samsung automatically comes with that I didn't know about! The only thing is there is like 2 or 3 second lag with your remote pressing something and the TV responding to it, which is a teeny bit annoying but not something I can't live with.

It's "OK" I guess

the product worked ok out of the box. everyone that talks about how unresponsive or slow the remote is - spot on... worse i've had at lagging behind your remote clicks. also it's several times lost all connection with my wifi which my computers or phones have not, so i know there's nothing wrong with my wifi router. it's as if the tv just loses all idea that it was connected to wifi and starts over with setup. very annoying.... we'll see if and for how long it stays on and connected this time. i really don't like the way that the tv comes on with samsungtv crap - just want to be able to customize the buttons on startup and haven't found a way so far. the picture/color etc. - meh, it's ok too. maybe i can't expect much from a cheap tv, right?

You may want to go through these steps to check your network connection: 1) Check the distance between the TV and your modem or access point. The distance should not exceed 50 ft. (15.2 m). 2) Minimize interference by not using or turning off wireless devices. Also, verify that there are no obstacles between the TV and the modem or access point. (Wi-Fi strength can be decreased by appliances, cordless phones, stone walls/fireplaces, etc.) 3) Perform a network test to check if there is a network problem. Press the Home button on your remote. Navigate to Settings > Support > Device Care > Self Diagnosis> Smart Hub Connection Test 4) Try a cold reboot of your TV by pressing and holding the power button for 5+ seconds until the TV turns off and on again. 5) Please also be sure you have the latest firmware update. You may want to enable automatic updates for convenience. Select Settings > Support > Software Update, then select Auto Update. You may also want to optimize the smart TV performance and address your issue with remote response time. This service checks memory and frees up unused cached memory and closes background apps. Go to Settings > Support> Device Care > Start Device Care Lastly, you can choose what your TV does when you turn it on by going to Settings > General > Smart Features When you set Autorun Smart Hub to on, the TV displays the Home Screen automatically when you turn the TV on. Great picture!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the picture on my TV, and the processor is a lot faster than the previous models so I'm able to stream using the smart apps without any delay. The only issue I have with this TV is the construction of the backplane. My TV is mounted to the wall, and the way the back cover is attached to the TV, sometimes it seems as if the TV will peel right off the wall, but I know the bolts are securely attached to the internal frame of the TV and not the back panel.
