[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The picture is great on my TV but if you are going to Download and watch channels on your TV instead of using a Roku, buy a different TV. Some channels stop in the middle of the show and exit out of the channel entirely. Then when you go back into the channel, it refuses to play.

The picture quality is amazing! It is user friendly once you get used to all the features. There are numerous options for customizing the sound and picture to your liking. We've had Samsung TVs in the past, that's why we bought this one. We've always been very happy with their products. Thank you Samsung for making great quality products.

I mean, the image is so crisp, clean and clear that whatever I watch doesn't look like it's actually on a screen but is in my home instead! At first it was trippy but after a while my eyes got used to it. It's pretty awesome! I stream movies and TV shows on my TV and utilize the smart view on my phone to mirror my yoga app. It's a really awesome experience and I'm pretty glad this is the TV I have!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] we are very happy with this tv. a little tricky for a couple of seniors to st up, but we got it done. we had a thunder storm a couple of nights after we got which turned our picture pink. i called samsung and the woman on their line, was able to walk me through a few steps to reset it. it seems like the storm effected our cable service. samsungs service was quick to respond, thank you. the tv picture is very good and clear. and it was a great price!

With my season football tickets being held off this year I just knew I needed something to give me a great picture and realistic feel; tricking me to believing I am still there! I AM SO HAPPY I WENT THIS ROUTE! My Samsung is the third brand of TV I have in my home but is by far the best in picture quality and clarity. I stream my television service and the setup was streamlined and so easy with the SmartThings App. I will definitely be upgrading the other rooms when I can!

a great addition to any home theater set up. excellent menu options featuring filter modes ranging from standard to film making mode which can all be further manipulated to achieve your optimum viewing experience. brilliant colors contrasted against bold blacks to provide superior detail. excellent apps including disney+, hulu, netflix, and vudu. samsung plus app included provides instant content before having to log in to any other service. i'm looking forward to upgrading to a wireless bluetooth 7.2 surround sound set up, soon. im sure it will be that much more awesome. i recommend this item to anyone looking for a great upgrade to their home theater or to start building one around.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven't bought a TV in 8 or so years but just bought my first home and needed an upgrade in size for my living room to be mounted. I knew I wanted a smart TV and each time I went to a store, I was drawn to picture quality of all the Samsungs. I couldn't afford the OLED tvs but still found the picture to be super clear and appropriately bright on the Crystal tvs. I bought it and the set up was very easy. I do like that there are some channels that come with the tv without a subscription. I have also used the screen sharing with my iphone (this was important to me) and it worked seamlessly the first time using the apple screen share. I use spotify, hulu, netflix, prime, apple tv+, and stream on youtube and all work very well. For the price point, it is a great tv! Only complaint is the user experience with the "home" button but it is so negligible that I don't count that as being a huge deal.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality of this TV is awesome. It has a lot of apps that you can download from music to games and sports. The TV also comes with its one TV programs whitch is great saves money from cable. You can customize pretty much anything on the TV to your liking, like I use the captions and I was able to customize the letter, background and color. Also another great feature is that you can connect an external hard drive to your TV as well and since I have a Samsung smartphone I can transfer what ever I was looking up on my phone to the TV or vice-versa. I never though I would love a TV as much as I do. I definitely recommend this TV to anyone.
