[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The image quality is great over all the TV has great features. Two things why I didn't give 5 stars are the remotes battery cap falls off too easy. TV sometimes laggs when changing channels or selecting apps.

I had two 27-inch monitors hooked up to my laptop, and was find that this did not provide enough real estate if the laptop lid were closed. After reading many reviews, I decided to purchase the Samsung - it looked as though it would meet my needs. Boy, what a GREAT decision!!! I was concerned about using the native 4k resolution, but I sit about 3 feet away from the screen and have no issues at all. The brightness is fantastic. It especially shines during video conferences - if the presenter is showing a busy slide or sharing a small window, I can make it as large as I need on this display...I have yet to be presented with something where I couldn't see the minutest detail. On those times where I'm done for the day, having Samsung TV Plus, Amazon Prime, and Youtube simply cannot be beat, and the bluetooth connectivity works perfectly with both of my noise cancelling headphones...great for shows and conference calls. I could not be more satisfied with this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The apps are consistent on the menu panel; the only problem sometimes is that the TV won't recognize that rye cable box is on to switch immediately The streaming is fantastic; I would recommend this version to anyone 10/10!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] You have never watched TV, until you watch it on this screen. I do have to say, it takes alittle bit to get used to, because the clarity is INSANE! It actually looks like you are on set with the actors. The movement is different, the depth of the background is crazy! You can choose whichever scene format you like best, in accordance to watch your watching. For movies, I prefer "Normal", as with watching it in filmmaker or dynamic mode, it's "too real", I'd prefer to keep the mystery, as a movie, rather than "see" the acting. TV speakers, could be better, but I Bluetooth to a sound bar, so it makes no difference to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

The buttons feel like they need to be a little more substantial and can be difficult to manipulate. Other than that we are very satisfied with the TV. Love the extra channels Samsung has put on TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I utilize this TV mainly for its streaming apps and HDMI capacity. It's overall a fine TV, however, it is quite stuttery and will often go very “dark” out of nowhere even after exhausting all possible brightness, contrast, and gamma setting options. So, I find myself squinting at it more often than not. The audio and visuals function adequately, aside from the unsolvable darkening error.

The smart tv setup was a breeze, and pair great with the Samsung sound at. The preloaded apps are great, and the “store” allows you to add others to your list for easy access. Overall I couldn't be happier.
