[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Crystal UHD TV is AMAZING!!!! I just have 1 word... WOW! The picture and view on this TV for me I love it. I have to wear glasses to watch TV all the time and it can get annoying. With the Samsung Crystal UHD TV, I DO NOT have to wear my glasses at all! That is how amazing the picture quality is to me. Also, I just love that it's a Smart TV. Everything is already there, no problem at all! The set up was so easy and signing into all my apps was simple.

The ease of setting it up and downloading apps is very intuitive. My family has enjoyed the services and ease of use. I am very pleased with the purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this because I had a good experience with my first 65 inch Samsung TV. Picture and sound quality is great! I do feel like the interface went a bit backwards though. My 2017 model operates more seamlessly. On the new one changing apps can glitch or freeze occasionally. NOT HAPPY that I can not move or delete certain apps. With that said, a substantial update on the interface will guarantee that I buy another.

It gets used about 20 hrs a day from the morning news to streaming our favorite movies into the late evening and sometimes - all night long. The crystal display produces a sharp, crisp picture with vivid colors and superior black shades. It's a great addition to any decor and is reasonably priced. We simply love it.

the picture quality is poor. i tried many combinations of the different settings. even at its best, the lighting is off. from straight on, it's not too bad, but if i am watching from off to the side, the whites are very washed out. i am using amazon firestick with amazon firetv recast to watch with over the air signal. this all worked much better with my prior samsung tv. same white-washing when i tune to the samsung tv channels. i have the 50" model.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Big upgrade from our previous screen. While not a top of the line TV, we are quite happy with it and especially so due to its modest price. It is mounted above our fireplace which we thought at first would be problematic but viewing is excellent in our large LR no matter where you are. Being a smart TV I can stream from my router and Apple Play which is pretty cool. Numerous included apps /channels make for a dizzying array of programs. Local stations are excellent via "over-the-air". Am very glad we bought this one!

i absolutely love this tv! i needed to replace my old toshiba that was dying and this more than fit the bill. i needed another 50" tv because of my limited space. i think, otherwise, i would've gone with a 55" or 65". loaded with apps that i still have to figure out (lol) the picture is amazingly clear and the color is wonderful. the set up was pretty easy for a non-tech person like me. the remote is pretty good. i haven't set up the voice remote though. i guess i just don't need it. i'm afraid if i set up alexa in it, and i yell her name, every alexa thing in my apartment would turn on! one con though is the sound. it's terrible for such an amazing tv. thank goodness i have an awesome samsung sound bar. you definitely need one.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV for the price. Excellent picture quality, great color and a bright display. The sound quality is excellent... and it can get loud (my default volume setting is usually between 12 and 16 (poss. max is 100) and that's loud enough for almost any show I watch from any service. The slim profile, thin bezels, and near-matte screen also makes it possibly look more expensive than it is. Would be considered a big screen for a small room but perfect for a medium size room. The apps allow me to access my YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Showtime, BritBox, Acorn, HBO Max, Peacock, PBS, Apple TV, Disney+, iQIYI, Vidi, Prime Video accounts with easy setup. The slim, minimalist yet intitive remote is also one of my favourite feature. Tbh, I only just recently learned how to use less common features like the voice command feature (has a dedicated hold to talk button) and I still have no idea what the 123 button and the colored dots button do, but I refuse to read the manual and I will just let it come to me one day. This TV is so good, it's got me wondering just how much better Samsung's high-end tvs might be. I would like to try them but I don't want to contribute to electronic waste, and since I have no complaints about this particular TV I can't really justify getting rid of it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV set. Easy to set up with the Smartthings app. Picture is crisp and clear. Takes a few minutes to set up and start getting apps installed. The sound is great as well, especially when paired with a Samsung soundbar. My only problem was the power cord was shorter than I wanted, but I was still able to get it plugged in and concealed after mounting TV to wall. Definitely recommend this TV to anyone.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It makes my games look so vibrant but never hurts my eyes. I like that I can move my favorite apps around to get to them easily. The remote is easy to use to switch from my console to regular channels or streaming services too. I do wish that Samsung had Viki in their app store, really hoping it becomes available again. Otherwise, great tv, glad I upgraded.
