Phenomenal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] What an amazing TV! Color quality is amazing on top of the brightness and being able to show off the great blacks. Movies, gaming, you name it! The Game Mode helps the refresh rate and makes the gaming experience much smoother and the multiple different modes help with TV watching as well as movies.

Great TV for the price

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality vs the price for this TV makes it a great deal. While it's obviously not in the same category as something like an OLED, the picture is pretty awesome. We need to really get the motivation to set up some of the embedded streaming services to get the full effect of it's functionality. But overall it is good. I just wish it would have more seamless interaction with external devices, such as an Amazon Fire Cube.

Great picture quality!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use it to view Movies , sports, and talk shows. I love Samsung TV's and this replaces a 10 year old model that finally gave up the ghost after an electrical storm. We have two Samsung TV's in our household.

I love this TV

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At the end of my workday, I enjoy curling up to relax while watching my TV. Who needs to go to the theater? While working, I often bring up a YouTube meditation channel and the sound and the image are simply beautiful.

Glitch with streaming - possibly resolved

had the tv about a week and like it. however, it buffers all the streaming apps and sometimes drops them entirely. i can stream the same apps on my phone or ipad in the same room without a problem, so it's not my internet connection (which is verizon fios 1gb). samsung saw my review and put me on to their support staff who recommended a cold boot (hold power button till tv goes off and comes on again). this seemed to fix it for now, though i won't know for sure till it works consistently over time. so far so good. will update any changes. pleased with tech support response, though.

I always buy Samsun TVs

From WI-FI to apps that you can load to stream you favorite programs. No need for an external device to stream content. The menu is intuitive and easy to navigate.

The picture and features for this TV are awesome.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My only issue has been that my HDMI ports do not work. The repair team has been here twice already and replaced the main board, but then the entire TV shuts down and they have had to re-install the original main board so I can at least stream. They are coming for a third time to replace the main board again, but I don't hold much anticipation on it being a third time is a charm scenario. Time will tell.

Samsung is #1

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this TV, sharp and clear. Ultra HD is amazing. The smart TV features are awesome just plugged it in and bam, I'm watching TV. Perfect size for my home and very affordable for this size tv. Mine is the lower grade model and I can't hardly tell a difference from the more expensive models, that's how great it is.

Well, this is odd.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an invitation to review my Samsung TV today via email. When I clicked the link, it asked me to pick the series, size and model of my TV. My Samsung TV is a UN46D6420 that is 11+ years old. The model & series were nowhere to be found on the review site. So, the model picked above is not my TV. However, I love my TV. My decade old Samsung looks better than brand new TVs I see at many other friends' homes. People remark all the time how great it looks and I'm like, "Yeah, I know. It's a Samsung."

Great picture. Poorly designed remote.

although i'm very pleased with the performance and picture quality of the au8000, the accompanying remote has been designed for style over functionality. the small (easy to misplace) remote was included with the tv without any instructions on how to use it. i had to call samsung to figure out how to change volume and channels (instead of intuitively pressing down bar, you have to toggle it). can't believe this gadget made it through beta-testing.

Your feedback regarding the remote included with the TV is important to us and will be shared with our product teams. Please know that many of the buttons on your remote have multiple functions. For example, the Volume button is moved UP/DOWN to adjust volume, and to MUTE the sound, you need to PRESS it in. If that same button is pressed for > than 1 second, the Accessibility Shortcuts appears. Pressing the RETURN button (looks like a curved, backwards facing arrow) returns you to the previous menu, pressing it while watching a program will take you back to the previous channel. You can download the Q60A TV's User Manual, e-Manual, Remote Control Leaflet, and Quick Setup Guide on Samsung's website by clicking "Support" > "Manuals & Software" > "TVs & Home Theater". From there, you can select the Q60A TV under "QLED 4K TVs” > “A Model Lineup" and download the guides you would like. The e-Manual is also embedded into the TV itself under Settings > Support > Open e-Manual.
