[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We went from our older Samsung TV to the new one and the difference was stunning. Our previous tv was 4k @120hz and I thought the picture was amazing until I saw our new one. People on reality tv looking significantly different with this clarity.

i purchased this tv three weeks ago and have loved every minute that i've owned it. my previous tv which i hadn't even owned for an entire year (and was a different brand) only worked right for the first couple of weeks that i owned it. it was so bad i could no longer watch anything on it, that's when i decided to do research and find a better tv of a different brand. i was originally going to get the 7000 series but then saw the 8000 in the store and that it was only slightly higher in price. i learned my lesson from the previous one, you get what you pay for. i have been more than satisfied with the au8000, it has done everything i wanted in a tv. i would definitely recommend samsung and would buy again.

It's a focal point of our living room and you can see it from every angle! We use the internet features all the time and it streams marvelously!

Did a lot of research, back and forth on a lot of tv's. I work audio/ visual for a living. Just wanted a great tv. I own a lot of Samsung products. Picked this one, glad I did! Great right out of the box, and easy to work with. Just what I needed and very happy so far.

Down sides: does not cast from Android devices easily...still haven't found compatibility app to get it to work. Certain apps stream slow or freeze: HBO Max, YouTube, not sure if it's the app, the WiFi, or the TV, but all the other apps work well.

It was comparatively easy to set up once I got it home. Have been enjoying the quality view and color for over 6 months. My tv cable was getting so high and I was limited to what I could see without increasing my cable bill. Tv has 55-in. screen. Was loaded with plenty of apps with free movies, tv programs, etc. I cancelled my cable and downloaded the YouTube TV app to start streaming the shows that I like watching. I was a little intimidated at first by trying something new, but I have actually loved this purchase and am thoroughly enjoying watching tv again. The color is great, the picture is clear, the size is just right. I couldn't be more pleased than I am with my purchase.

The smart tv setup was a breeze, and pair great with the Samsung sound at. The preloaded apps are great, and the “store” allows you to add others to your list for easy access. Overall I couldn't be happier.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Must my use is streaming and movies, sometimes gaming and using it as an extra monitor to my computer, also I really like that Alexa feature it's open the door to control the TV by voice changing channels, play your favorite movies and music with fully control of the playing, turn on and turn off TV, I really love the Samsung channels it's so entertainment it's my favorite and the smart is so smart and so fast including the apps, also turning your TV to a large high quality paint hanging on the wall it's so cool how amazing is that, don't mention the high quality picture on the TV no doubt Samsung the major number one company making TVs in the world, I love my TV it's part of my family
