I am using this product for one year and satisfied with both hardware and software. I get a lot of TV channels from Samsong TV. I can download applications for free too. I use wifi to see and can see alot of TV move channels for free. Youhave htmi input and TV antrnna as phsical input only! I am happy to have this TV even I can not connet it o my old VCR or my old strerio. My old system has treditional AV output only.

The sound quality is excellent... and it can get loud (my default volume setting is usually between 12 and 16 (poss. max is 100) and that's loud enough for almost any show I watch from any service. The slim profile, thin bezels, and near-matte screen also makes it possibly look more expensive than it is. Would be considered a big screen for a small room but perfect for a medium size room. The apps allow me to access my YouTube, Netflix, Hulu, Paramount+, Showtime, BritBox, Acorn, HBO Max, Peacock, PBS, Apple TV, Disney+, iQIYI, Vidi, Prime Video accounts with easy setup. The slim, minimalist yet intitive remote is also one of my favourite feature. Tbh, I only just recently learned how to use less common features like the voice command feature (has a dedicated hold to talk button) and I still have no idea what the 123 button and the colored dots button do, but I refuse to read the manual and I will just let it come to me one day. This TV is so good, it's got me wondering just how much better Samsung's high-end tvs might be. I would like to try them but I don't want to contribute to electronic waste, and since I have no complaints about this particular TV I can't really justify getting rid of it.

I love what they have done with the remote control as well. So simple but with everything I need. My TV arrived with some pixelated lines but Samsung is taking the steps to get it all fixed. Customer service has been a breeze to work with!

I love the voice commands and I was amazed when I turned on my game console I went to change the source and the tv noticed which game console was on and turned it to the correct source automatically by itself . I thought that was so amazing as I have the series x and the playstation 5 and they both look truly remarkable.no lag and gameplay is so fluid.if you were looking for a powerhouse big screen tv that can do it all look no further you have your champion right here.

I bought this TV about 3 weeks ago and, like every other Samsung TV I've owned, I love it. The picture is awesome, the speakers are very good for what they are, and the setup was so fast and simple I was surprised. Plus, I've owned almost every Samsung tablet they have. From the A series in 2 screen sizes to my current tablet, the S7 Plus. With all the software they use everything I have can switch from my phone and Tablets to the TV in seconds. I happily recommend this TV, or any Samsung product too everyone.

Only issues were during setup which was cumbersome. Still have some issues with remote capabilities and function with Apple Fire Stick.

I had one Samsung TV and I like it so much I bought another when lightning destroyed my Sony TV. I especially enjoy Samsung Streaming. There have a large number of entertaining channels that are free when using this product. It is easy to add apps such as Brit Box but many apps are already on it like Disney and Netflix so you only have to register the device with your streaming service. The colors are sharp and the controls are easy to figure out. The picture is sharp. Very pleased will buy this brand again for my daughter's room.

It is simple to use and makes sense. We wanted a set with internet capabilities and this fits the bill. My only complaint is the sound is tinny to my ear. I plan on ordering a sound bar for richer sound. I would highly recommend this television. The sound is my person preference.
