so far so good. replaced a 4 year old lg that had memory issues with apps i didn't even use. the picture is great, the features are easy to use and understand. it found my xfinity cable and ps4 without having to do anything but the simple setup process. very smooth. also nice to have wifi that works. my lg's never did. the legs slide and snap right in, which was the best leg experience i've ever had in a flatscreen. the only issue i had was on day 6 (its been 13) when i turned it on the screen was going black every few seconds then back on and repeat. the home button screen with all the apps and settings was still visible even while the picture was black. power off and on didn't fix it, but pulling the power cable out the back did, and so far it hasn't happened again.

The display colors are so deep and obvious, everything I watch on it is beautiful. It's got every smart feature I could ever need (I live in the Samsung ecosystem) and everything flows seamlessly from screen casting or listening to music. Honestly my favorite feature is the ability to close unused apps using Device Care. Needless to say I plan on staying in this ecosystem with any future device purchases.

One of the best features is Samsung TV app. This TV offers a good selection of apps to work with most streaming services. It has 3 HDMI, Ethernet, WiFi, and Bluetooth. The TV is mainly used for family time and occasionally for my kids youtube time. It is absolutely incredible to look at. The sound is just as good. Almost as good as surround sound. The Crystal view of my Samsung TV encamps me; it feels as though you are walking and can touch the grass on screen. The sunlight hits your face as it hits the actors. The colors are vibrant; the sound is powerful. The actors look you directly in your eyes during monologues and its memorizing. This is the best TV purchase I have ever made. This TV quality is will before its time.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This tv has beautiful picture, excellent sound, and is fast on streaming, clear a0nd concise language, and I recommended it to 5 friends of mine who came over my house to watch my TV and 4 of the 5 went out and bought one. Any Samsung product I trust to be reliable, dependant, and durable. My phone, my tv and any Samsung electronic device always performs very well. Anyone that I have recommended a Samsung product to has ever complained. In fact, they usually tell their friends about it. Other products that cost a lot more do not compare to Samsung's quality, performance and endurability.

picture is great. easy to use. but needs repair after 6 months. prior tv was a 12 year old ssmsung that wouldnt quit, so we just got rid of it for newer technology. 6 months later it needs to be fixed. line across top of screen and sound works intermittently. seems like by the tine they are sending new screen and speakers and technologist to install, could just send a new tv. glad i took out the extended warranty!

I've struggled with SMART tv's being "SMART" in the past and had reservations. Surprisingly everything was up and running in just a few minutes. The picture is vibrant, the sound is good. Gaming has been a breeze on my playstation. So far I'm very pleased with this Samsung.

Bought this 55" to replace a smaller 43" Samsung that we had no trouble with. Love the bigger screen and similar remote. Had no problems setting it up. So far the only thing missing that I found helpful was a signal strength meter when using an outside antenna, something we still use in our area. We pickup multiple signals from different transmitters for the same over the air stations and the signal strength meter helps to determine which is the strongest one to use.
