I bought this TV two years ago. New Year's Eve last year. My daughter was watching cartoons in the living room and suddenly we heard a loud noise. A popped to be more precise, my daughter got scared and ran to me in the kitchen. From that moment, this TV is dead.

Samsung must have gone downhill quite a bit. This TV lasted us four years and just stopped working one day wouldn't power on. We have a Samsung plasma upstairs that is 14 years old and it works great. We also have a Samsung TV in our living room that is seven years old that is still working. Not sure if I will buy a Samsung again.

We purchased this 65” Samsung AU8000 series TV in October of 2021. Several months ago we noticed a thin blue line across the lower third of the screen. We tried making adjustments and troubleshooting but nothing helps. We bought this TV in good faith hoping Samsungs product would deliver a great performance but they failed us. To say we are totally disappointed in Samsung is an understatement and we will not recommend this brand.

Love the features, colours, however the black screen is not perfect because i can see patches of white back light seeping through

This TV has a very clear picture and has all of the appropriate apps on it that we utilize. It is easy to set up and use.

Great pictures but the coax cable hookup was broken. Sams was quick to refund my money and I was able to purchase a new Samsung television.
