(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) The picture quality is fantastic! High contrast ratio and great reflection handling. Crisp colours and good responsiveness. We don't game on it, but constantly watch dimly-shot movies/tv and it's the best tv we'd had for that.

I waited nearly a year to buy this particular TV, and am overall quite satisfied with its performance over the last couple months. The color is excellent and I was surprised at the quality of sound (with no sound system added). Set-up was quite easy and all appears to be well built. However . . . what is not good is the screen gives off tremendous glare from lighting in the room; the screen simply does not hand in-room lighting well. But an even bigger issue for me is the teeny-tiny remote control hand set that is not properly shaped or large enough for an adult hand. Compared to the remote from my last Samsung TV . . . this hand set represents many steps backwards. Sometimes change simply for the sake of change does not work. Over-simplification of the control buttons has a negative effect.

it's a nice enough tv, however, the fact that it only has 3 usb ports is a little disappointing. also, it doesn't have video/audio hook ups for gaming systems such as wii. this means you have to pay more money to get a converter for those. by far the biggest disappointment is that there is no way to download and use the hallmark tv app. even though this is something that i pay for, i cannot use it on this tv. that's extremely disappointing and i would not have purchased this brand had i known that going in. unfortunately, now i have to spend more money to get a firestick to use on my 'smart tv', because it's not smart enough to let me use apps that other tvs do.

Second, I am able to get to all the features and apps quick and easy. Third, the picture clarity is excellent for such a large screen (we were worried we might loose some sharpness). We are very happy with our purchase!!

It looks so beautiful on wall and more importantly the quality of the image, the smoothness of the videos ...oh my God it's so great to purchase this tv... I love when use smart view to connect my phone to the TV and seamlessly share my content without any lag. It's amazing features built in this TV.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Well, we have had this TV since Christmas 2021. It works great but has a clock sound when turned off. We read other reviews about this sound. Samsung does not know what is causing this clock sound. We have learned to live with it since the TV works. The 65-inch Samsung TV in the living room does not have this problem. Oh well, maybe one day the Support team will figure it out and let us know how to clear it up.

I love also that I was able to add BritBox to get my English shows. The clarity is great. An amazing update to my older one. I donated that to a neighbor as it was still working.
