My family loves watching movies, sports and playing games on the tv. It looks great mounted in my living room! We hqve bought one for each bedroom and even gifted one to my inlaws!! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sometimes the apps don't work, but when you unplug the TV and plug it back in, it seems to fix it. It's also slow sometimes as well. Overall is a solid tv, besides what I mentioned above. The picture is really clear and it seems to be a durable model.

I love the color and dynamics of the television. I mounted the unit to the wall and it's ultra thin frame sits beautifully in my living. We catch all of the big sporting events and we'll as movie night there. Excellent choice.

The only problem I have is when I ask Alexa turn on the tv it does not always work (maybe this is an Alexa problem

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great 85"tv. Though it lacks some of the high end features, you really wont regret this at all. Sharp picture. Great contrast even in well lit rooms. Sound is ok but not great. Intigrated soundbar control is a nice addition. Would highly recommend for someone looming for a large tv on a budget.

The remote control stinks. Have to reset the TV each time your use it. By doing a master reset. Holding power button down for 2 minutes. That stinks, worse T.V. ever. Please refund me my money.

I can truly appreciate all the available apps that it has being completely up to date with everything. Also my video games via the next gen consoles look beautiful. Watching a film on this TV is also very good. If I'm ever in the market for another TV I'm more than likely going to stick with Samsung televisions as I see they are the best to have.

This TV has been surprising me everyday when I change the channel when I watch different movie different type of criteria of shows or even just listening to music the features that come with it are awesome don't even need cable no more the smart apps I'm able to watch any show I want any time and listen to any radio TV and play any games I want it's a powerhouse combo set an all-in-one and I mean cut ties with cable and dish out the money for this it's worth it I should have not thought of any other purchase in the near future that or past that I've been more happy with than this my wife surprised me with it and I've been happy with it everyday since I received it.. the smart features on it are incredible very easy to plug and Play features and in fact I can practice up because I'll be watching my favorite show coming up now... best quality picture on any tv i have ever owned. setup was simple and it walks you through each step. everything that they tell you on the listing is accurate and true. i have added a few apps and there are many many more i can still add if i choose to do so. i have it linked to my iphone 11 and i watch a lot of youtube videos off the phone on the tv. if you are looking for a quality made tv with an outstanding picture look no farther. i also know i questioned if the reviews were real or fake. i assure you i am a real customer. so take my word for it and get the 65” samsung you won't regret it.
