I'm so disappointed. We bought this TV at the store literally talking about how we trusted the Samsung brand. Two weeks later, the TV has started to randomly act out. It will cut the sound, replace it with a weird stuttering and won't respond to the remote. The only solution is to unplug it and turn it back on. I'm so thankful we're still within the return period and we didn't put the effort into putting on the wall yet. We'll be returning it and purchasing something else.

The picture quality on this tv is immaculate clear picture and high def all around. It has made family movie nights more enjoyable and everyone loves to gather for a great movie with a great picture

It's a great TV, it's easy to use and games look amazing on it, even older games look better. The menus on the tv are easy to understand and it's a breeze switching between streaming apps when not gaming.

got this to go along with my xbox series s and it is amazing to see the difference between this and my older samsung. from start up the picture quality is top of the line and has great sound quality also. its lightweight and easy to set up with all my subscriptions. plus i can hook it up with alexa and play games and open apps with just my voice!

Bring a senior I watch more than my share of news and sports and I have nothing but good thoughts about my purchase! Won't ever buy any tv but Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Our previous TV got damaged, so had to upgrade. Was pleasantly surprised with the packaging and easy install. Note that you will definitely need two people, and I'm glad I had help. The tv looks sleek, especially the stand design. We mostly use our tv for streaming and playing games. The remote that comes with the tv is also sleek, keeping with the theme. The frame is all black, along with the legs/stand, which is also something I personally like over chrome or silver. You can also adjust the height and where the legs are mounter apparently? I didn't mess around with that too much Usage wise, the software is upgraded, so it's much faster than my previous tv (a 2017 model UHD 7 series i think). Having voice assistant integration built in, along with being able to turn my tv on and off with my phone is convenient. Overall everything just looks more clean aesthetically, the whole package. One gripe I have is reflection from outside lightning hampers the viewing almost as much, if not more than my older tv. I think that is to be expected though, but I was hoping for an improvement. Another thing to keep in mind is losing HDMI ports depending on what tv you're coming from. My previous one came with a smart hub, which I think was a genius idea (had 4 hdmi ports and an optical port as well I think). The AU8000 has only 3 hdmi ports if I'm not mistaken. One gaming console had to be sacrificed. I'm happy with my purchase, and glad to stick with Samsung.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This TV is great so far, however some apps are not available to be installed. So, for some video streaming services I have to use the Internet app to stream TV shows. The worst part of using this Internet app to view the videos is that it pauses the video every minute. So, I have to refresh the page all the time, which is very annoying. I couldn't find the way to fix this problem, but I am still looking to resolve this issue. Other than this issue, this is great to watch Samsung TV, Netflix, Amazon Videos, YouTubes, etc. Some channels on Samsung Plus TV are somewhat blurry but I guess this is not created by Samsung but from the broadcast channel. I would actually recommend this TV. This is perfect size for one bedroom apartment unit to place it in the living room.
