Picture and features are great however, for a smart tv, it is so slow and buggy, particularly with the Sling app. I have 1gig fiber internet wired to the tv with cat 6 and apps are slow to open and move around in. The Sling app has particular issues of constant closing, buffering and stopping which does not happen on my other 3 TVs. I've cleared the cache multiple times and within days it goes back to buffering and shutting down.

i had to replace my last samsung tv because it kept powering of on its own. it was only 30months old which was disturbing. but under warranty. my other samsungs lasted an average 5yrs. that's with kid abuse and video games. this one is not the q series but i love the software as i don't use firesticks or cable wired in. just apps. syncs perfect with samsung hub. i turn on the tv and it goes to the last app used. sometimes the last item is paused. great for quick launching of tv. good addition to the house and responsive. just wished the remote had hulu instead of samsung tv as a short cut or can be modified to my preference. still gets 5 stars.

It's also very easy to use, a child has and can navigate through sources and the settings. 10/10 would reccomend, Samsung is my preferred television and cellular choice.

It makes me feel like I am actually right there with the actors not watching it on TV. My Samsung was so easy to set up, I haven't investigated every feature yet as I have been too busy watching my favorite shows and the voice remote makes it so easy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Arrived 2 days after ordering and had it up and running in about 20 min. Super clear picture, almost 3D picture without being a 3D set. We have Sat. TV for our provider and it walked me through the setup of connecting and cloning the Sat. remote for use with no problems. It really is a SMART TV! The sound is a little tinney sounding at first but you can go into the TV menu and select an audio option that's good for you. It has a lot of built in apps to chose from, including many free ones, along with internet searchability. Very happy so far!

love this tv picture quality is beautiful audio is great this is my first samsung 50 inch 4k tv i use samsung phones for years and they always works flawless samsung makes great products and had this tv a month watch it everyday no problems at all works flawless

however, i was surprised that you cannot download apps from the web onto the tv. also, when you watch episodes from the web, and you want to change the speed setting to show faster, the sound cuts out. i like watching web episodes faster because there is many things to watch now days. and the normal speed just takes up to much time. i gave my older tv to charity, it did all that. but for the price, i just have to buy a sound bar and a universal remote to be able to do more with this tv.

I use it to mainly watch Netflix but has so many applications such as displaying stocks or accessing the internet browser available through the TV itself. Also launches app's extremely quick while also having a vast array of apps to choose from.
