It's crisp and clear picture gives the kind of detail that really impresses when I play the 4k video made by my fpv drone. It's breathtaking! The Features are numerous and extremely helpful. Such as the ability to just push the microphone button and ask any questions you can think of. The built-in Alexa app or Google assistant will answer any trivia question, tell you a joke or time of day, or open any app that you have downloaded from the huge choice of apps at your fingertips. Also, the device comes with Samsung television built-in also. So that simply using my wifi connection, I have access to dozens of television stations from news and sports to music and all my favorite shows. Combined with the ability to work seamlessly with my xbox the Samsung Crystal UHD television also come with all my favorite apps such as YouTube and Netflix as well as Amazon Prime Video and VUDU. This has been a welcomed addition to my entertainment center and the only reason I can see replacing it is to get a bigger one and move this one into the bedroom.

Some network programs have dialog that's difficult to understand even with the sound settings at optimal. This is all through Spectrum cable so it might be their issue. Hard for the consumer to know. Still overall a good value.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far I love it I have only had it for 2 months so can't attest to the longevity of it's life. We only upgraded because our 70 inch quit after 1 yr and 3 mths. We do have a 65 that is still kicking since 2017!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use my tv for streaming. It took me a while to go to streaming tv shows and movies because I didn't think the picture would be as clear. Was I ever wrong! The picture is crystal clear and full of vivid color! I also thought it would be time consuming and difficult to stream rather than just turn on the tv and watch cable. Again, I was wrong. Streaming is so easy! I love my new Samsung!

When he upgraded to the curved monitor also samsung- this became our living room tv. Movie nights are the best with the screen quality, sound quality was ok but it needed a boost so we got a samsung sound bar. Connecting pairing any device is so easy. Samsung entertainment experience is always the best and thats why we love samsung all the way..We are samsung lovers since day one.

i really wanted to like this tv. i purchased online, this was a mistake. first ,i have a hearing problem and the sound quality is not good at all. i now have to purchase a sound bar. had i know this i would have made a different selection. second, the "apps' bar is so small across the screen there is difficulty navigating to my selections. third, the remote control buttons are also too small so double whammy. had i been in the store i would have gone with a different tv. picture is good and size of tv great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how SUPER Clear this TV is. I replace a plasma TV that made my room really hot. This Samsung is Clear it has all the functions right at your fingertips. I did not care for the remote control. I miss having the numbers. I was wondering how much space really does have the number pad take up why did they remove them. I did download the Samsung remote app and I use that too. This TV has some really great features. You have all your apps for streaming and access to the Samsung Plus TV shows. I like how those stations comes up on the guide and tell you what is on. I am happy with my purchase. I own a 65 inch Samsung in my living room and I just purchase this for the my bedroom. You will love this TV.

My TV just died one Friday night, it was only 4 years old, so buying that brand again was not an option. Having only one TV and spending so much time at home during the pandemic, replacing it was a priority. I decided on this Samsung due to support for Apps and the Google ecosystem. I am a Samsung phone user and my other device is a Chromebook. TV works great, easy setup with the app, lots of apps for all your services. Hope this one lasts more than 5 years!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great Picture, 5 Samsung TV's in my homes and all have been trouble free! I have Cable at one home and Satellite TV at another. I have not had any issues with these TVs. I will by another when the time comes. Not crazy about Samsung's Sound Bar so use the TV speaker on one and another surround system on the other in living rooms.
